“I want to live here. By far the coolest place I have stayed. Everyone is so friendly and they help you with anything they can. The rooms are so nice, shower/bathtub is perfect, there are fires lit every evening. Espresso machines in the room or you can walk across lit paths to the cutest coffee/ice cream shop, The Milk House or enjoy the best meals at the Simon restaurant. We enjoyed building snowmen on the expansive yards that are covered with snow. This place is out of a hallmark movie and we are already planning a trip back. 10/10 recommend!“

“RUN, don't walk, to this sourdough bakery!! We bought the Khorasan Whole Wheat, Parmesan Black Sesame, and Black Currant sourdough loaves. The Khorasan was great, and the Parmesan Black Sesame was SUPERB. My husband and I agreed it was the best tasting creative sourdough loaf we'd had in a long time! We still have to slice open the Black Currant loaf, and I will update when we do.

I love that they grind the ancient grain (khorasan) fresh on site, right before making the bread (with 30-40% khorasan and the rest organic white wheat). Fresh milled wheat has many micronutrients, including B vitamins, betaine, choline, Vitamin E, and insoluble and soluble fiber.

I also got to try a sample of the sourdough+yeasted baguette, and wow, it had so much better flavor than the usual baguette, because of the fresh milled Khorasan used in it. I can't wait to see what else they produce as they grow!“
