“I always love Olive Garden. We arrived at this location for a mid afternoon meal. My spouse got the gluten-free pasta in a marinara sauce with Italian sausage. I ordered the chicken parmesan lunch portion. It normally comes with spaghetti. I substituted Fettuccine Alfredo. Somehow, the kitchen staff misinterpreted the order, and they gave me alfredo sauce with spaghetti noodles, and they put no alfredo sauce on my chicken parmesan instead of marinara sauce. Our server offered to replace the dish but we didn't have a whole lot of time so I told her it would be okay. She did bring me some marinara sauce to pour over the top of my chicken parmesan. Overall it turned out to be an amazing meal. The unintended changes to my dish turned out to be something new for me and I really enjoyed it. And the server was extremely attentive, I wish I could remember her name to share it with all of you.“

“My first time there, first let's start with the ambience..it's pretty great, would advice to book table first as it gets busy and waits are long. I was accommodated at the bar as was by myself for a quick bite. The drinks menu had ample choice of cocktails but again it was a quick bite so just had wine. No appetizers went straight for the entrée which was the pork tenderloin..the pork was tender and juicy and wouldn't exactly call it like melts in your mouth but the flavour was awesome. For dessert I had the flan brulé which was AWESOME!!“

“Love the Redwood location with Leslie, Autumn and the girls. What I don't like is the constant raising of prices. Also have been noticing they can be short staffed during the lunch time hours. Which can be a pain since I have a short lunch period. Heard the owner has been cutting hours which I think hurts in the end. I frequent the restaurant once a week.“

“I had a lunch catering order for a work meeting. I set everything up on the website and when the meeting was pushed back I called the store and they generously pushed back the pickup time. When I came in they were busy but still provided me excellent service. The order wasn't ready yet so they gave me a cup for a free drink (buying a little time for them to complete the order) and when I got back it was good to go! The food was fresh, hot, and made perfectly. The cookies are also to die for. I had one meal that was gluten free and left a note stating such, and management had the entire crew change gloves to prevent cross-contamination. The crew was very considerate and went above and beyond on my order! Then they called a couple hours later to make sure that the order was correct and asking about ways to improve. Other fast food places should take note! I was very impressed by this store and extremely grateful to them for making this catering order as smooth as possible. The catering director was also a sweetheart and loved chatting with her. I hope to be ordering again there soon!

“I'm not a big fan of the fact that your waitress can't bring you your beer. They have to have somebody else. Bring it to you because maybe the waitress is an old enough war. Isn't it in possession of a tips and sips card or something? But it's highly annoying when everybody gets served their drinks except for 1 person at the table who decided to order a beer and the waitress forgetting going on until you have to request somebody to bring you your beer. It's kind of ridiculous. Other than that it was a good meal“

“My gf and I were looking for a new Chinese restaurant last night and were fortunate to find this place. Our meal was amazing- she got the Pon Pon Chicken dinner and I had the Mongolian beef. It was hot , fresh and way above our expectations. The cream cheese wontons were fantastic- definitely not the frozen ones we’ve had elsewhere. We both highly recommend Mountain City!!“

“Zupas is great for soups and sandwiches. Tonight, I had my favorite, crab bisque. I had been going all day at work and just needed a quick meal. They packaged it up with a roll and a chocolate dipped strawberry. It was quick and was plenty hot when I hit my hotel. The restaurant was clean. The staff was friendly. At 8:30 at night, it was not very busy.

Parking: I suspect parking during dinner hours would be a premium. Several other stores compete for the parking.“

“Hadn't been to an Olive Garden in probably 20+ years. When you're here, you're family. Or you're here because someone else in the family chose it. Either way, you make the most of it. Far from my favorite genre and I try to avoid endless anything, much less breadsticks (which you pay for in the rounded-up entree prices). That said, they run like a well-oiled machine. “Really good option for vegans and vegetarians! I got a wrap with half portobello and half falafel, hummus, baba ganoush, cucumber/tomato salad, rice, lettuce, pickled onion/cabbage, cilantro and tahini sauces. The falafel gets crumbled which is a little weird, but it worked with the food and made it less dry. I got the wrap and a bottle of tea for $16 - really great deal for the airport and it was really good. I usually struggle with vegetarian food in the airports, but this was healthy, filling, tasty and affordable. I will say service is slow and there are things on the bar that are not on the menu (ie. Baba ganoush and pickled cabbage), so I had to keep asking what things were. Overall good experience though.

Vegetarian options: Falafel or portobello for your protein. Rice bowls, salads, wraps, and plates can all be vegetarian or vegan. Lots of veggies and sauces that all worked for a vegan diet. Great airport find!“

“I came in yesterday to Cafe Zupas. I got a Brisket Grilled Cheese and Lobster Bisque in a try two combo, the food was delicious and well priced. I was greeted as I came in the door got my food quickly, and was impressed with the friendliness of the assistant on duty “

“I come here very often and it never ceases to amaze me how competent the employees here are. They’re not perfect, but I see how hard they work and know they’re always trying to give me the best service they can. It can get really busy at this location, so it’s always impressive to see them handle the situation as well as they do. There’s always room for improvement, but I appreciate their hard work and good attitude every time I go there. Food is great as always.“
