“While the food was extremely good, service was fast, and they drew my name and a cat on my bag, the only reason a star dropped from my review is because the female employee decided to hand over my food from my passenger window, without smiling or interacting with me. I don’t know if she has a fear of guys, or had a bad day, but I barely managed to get my food.“

“This was my go to place back in college. A warned 8 inch Sensuous was perfect. 25 years later, it's still the same. The service was fast and friendly, the sandwich was delicious. I do recommend this place.“

“Quick service and always tasty, and r employees willing to accomidate requests like slicing the sandwich into more pieces than regular. There are also usually nice quoteable quotes on the walls, and some of the bathrooms have funny quips as well.“

“The food was exactly as we ordered it. The food tasted good and the fries were tasty. Overall it was a pretty good experience. I especially liked when I ordered a drink they asked how much ice I wanted, this has never happened before in my life. The only thing I might complain about was the price. It seemed a bit pricey for what you get.“

“They did a good job with the bread It's hard to see the meat because there's a big metal cover. The only thing I have a problem with there really is the vegetables over freezing and it makes it nasty. But I don't mind coming back to the store cuz they did a good job with everything else.“

“We went a few minutes before close Friday night on April 12th. The one employee working was so nice, she was quick to help us and made suggestions. We apologized for coming in so close to closing time and with a smile said there was no problem at all, there were 15 minutes left till closing! Didn’t catch her name, started with an F i believe.“

“Subway is always good choice for fast and easy food. This location was not busy as we went around 1:45-2:00. Inside was a little dirty with food and other things on floor. Some tables hadn’t been wiped off after guest had sat there. Workers were nice and friendly. And eager to help make food.

Parking: It’s kind of a tricky spot to get into. Parking lot is small and is shared with another business.

“Just moved to provo recently so this was my first time at this location just walked in trying to get my food and leave when the man ahead of men started throwing a fit and getting aggravated claiming “dont you know im a regular here ive never seen such thin slices of meat this is bullshit” and ive never seen anyone de-escalate a problem better and more efficiency when skyler the man making his sandwich firmly informed that that meat was actually thick and he didn’t need to yell in the store and to even prove he wasn’t wasnt shorting the man he even suggested weighing the meat on a scale this ended up de-escalating the problem and i promptly complemented skyler on his professionalism and as a thank you he even gave me a large drink and cookie on the house i will definitely be coming here again“

“They were very nice and accommodating with our weird asks. (My grandma bought a couple of 5-gallon buckets)
I was sad they were out of marbled rye when we went tho.
Definitely a better and friendlier local vibe than your local Jimmy Johns or Jersey Mike's for sandwiches just as good. It was a bit pricey in comparison to the quick-service competition tho.“
