“I go to this Starbucks almost everyday. The baristas are super friendly and stay on task. You can tell that they do their best to get every order correct and work on a first come first serve basis (meaning you wont get your drink after the two people behind you in line). I've never had any issues with them and my drink always tastes the way I expect. Thank you UVU Starbucks for making it easier to get through my days!“

“My little girl hurt her foot and we stopped there after the Dr’s to get a cake pop and a drink. My little girl was admiring Genesis pins on her apron. Not knowing my littles was injured she asked her which one she liked best. My daughter said the hello kitty one. She took it off her apron and gave it to her. We left and turned around to get another latte and give her a bigger tip. We thanked Genesis and told her thank you and it’s nice to see that there are still random acts of kindness happening. What a lovely girl and am grateful we were able to cross paths with her today❤️❤️❤️“

“I feel like they don’t even try to leave a good impression to the customers, I didn’t have the best experience at this location, i just wanted to say that my order was ready and they didn’t call my name to pickup and I had to wait until I felt the order was taking so long. I think they need to be better at this little thing“

“Went in looking for a special cup. They did not have it but Shawna took the time to find out what it was and even looked it up for me. Out of the 5 Starbucks I visited she and the staff was the only one who took time to talk with me. Oh. And the Pumkin Spice iced was very good “
