“Update: General Manager reached out about making things right. We went 10/25/24 and had incredible food. I got the bone-in ribeye and it was 200x better! Steak was perfect temp and seasoning. We also got the fettuccine alfredo with chicken and shrimp. So good. Thanks Jeff for a great experience. Faith in Outback restored ??

I grew up coming here as a kid for every celebration. Outback was always the place to get a great steak. We were here last Saturday (9/21/24) to celebrate and I got the ribeye for the first time. It was probably the worst steak I've ever had in my life. A ribeye should have incredible marbling that makes for a great steak that's easy to eat and almost melts in your mouth. This was chewy, tough, and as my dad put it "grizzly". For a ribeye it was very thin and seasoned to death. For a $33 steak, I was extremely disappointed. I hate to say it but Texas Roadhouse is so much better and comparatively cheaper. This place has become overpriced with mediocre food. I will definitely remember the 21st night of September.“
