“This is an incredible gem in deer valley. Representative of the top 5% of italian food I have ever had. Chef Joe was so nice to create a couple custom dishes (rigatoni with a pink sauce/morels and chicken parmesan) that we loved having. The manager Dave greeted us personally on arriving and checked on us a couple times during our dinner. The dinner service flowed smoothly and we had a great time.
The gnocchi dish with asparagus/peas and morel mushrooms is truly worthy of what a michelin awarded restaurant would serve.
It was so great the first night we went the following night as well. Would definitely come again.”

“Love this place! 👍👍 Best burgers without a doubt. The Bison burger is amazing, but is only served on Fridays. If you don’t get there early they will be gone because they are that good. The mayo, horseradish sauce that they put on it is so good. 🤪 My other two favorites are the Blue burger and the Philly cheeseburger. Hard to say which is the best. If you like Chili, you have to try theirs, it is so delicious! Grady (owner) and his staff are great. And NO, I am not related to any of staff nor was I given anything for this review. Haha! 😄”

“We LOVE Yuta at Blue Sky. The ambiance is delightful. It's a beautiful and intimate setting where you feel like you've stepped away from it all. The menu is incredibly unique, meticulously crafted, and we love the fact many of their ingredients come from a local farm. Our go to items are the caviar hash browns and the squash blossoms (when in season). We appreciate the fact the chef will change the preparation of the dishes, taking advantage of ingredients that may only be available for a short time. It's clear he thinks about every little detail....not just the flavor profiles, but how each item is carefully and purposefully placed on the plate. It's art. Last night, I had the most delicious piece of perfectly cooked salmon with a hollandaise foam. I've never had hollandaise foam and now that I have, I'm not sure I can go back to regular hollandaise. It was out of this world. Besides the food, we dine here often because of the service. We always request Elizabeth. She is just FABULOUS. You can tell she loves what she does and it's clear she's spent most of her career in 5 star resorts. Details, details, details.”

“I have driven by this place many times. Every time saying next time I'll stop. Today was the day. I'm glad I did. We got waiting on right away. Drinks came quickly. Food came quickly. Food was very good!!! Our waitress was busy, She didn't check on us after the Food was served. I got the glass of water I asked for before the food came out, after We finished eating. I used the glass that my Jack and Coke came in to go to the bathroom sink to get some water. Everything else was great! My bison burger was on the medium rare side. Just the way I like it. I liked the coleslaw. I'll be back.”

“We eat here often and love it! The cheeseburger is the best in town - large juicy beef patty, brioche bun, fresh tomatoes and lettuce and lots of hot, crispy fries. We also enjoy the cobb salad with grilled chicken, the flying buffalo and road crosser wraps, and the chilaquiles. The atmosphere is fantastic especially in the summer when we have lunch on the patio.”

“I'm pretty much all over central Utah for work and I've been to my fair share of Subway's, but I can confidently say that this is the best one that I've been to. I've been to this location multiple times as work takes me to Kamas a handful of times a month, and every employee here has been kind, efficient and, most importantly, human. I don't care for food establishments that suck the life out of their employees and make them into robots, or cookie cutter "people pleasers". These employees greet you, service you, and in all other senses act as human beings. Super refreshing, keep it up, guys!”

“I visited On The Rocks a few days ago and i was very impressed. the food was so so good, they were playing live music that night which was fun, and the drinks were exceptional. as a bartender i could tell they put real craft into the cocktails and they have a great beer menu. i had the rooster red ale and the hibiscus margarita and both were awesome.
Kiriko and Taryyn were our servers and they were very attentive and friendly, and Manny and Josh behind the bar were super fun as well. all in all we had a great time and i’m definitely going back!”
