“We went to ST.George to the night and decided to stop at the iceberg drive inn to eat dinner. The staff is amazing,the service is amazing,the atmosphere is awesome. We ordered our food and thought it came out super fast bit a waitress came and gave us two tickets for free milkshakes because the long wait. It was such a good place to eat. 10/10 recommend . (Also they have delicious fried zucchini 🤤“

“Hands down the best ice cream I have ever had! It's flavorful, rich, creamy and super smooth. They don't skimp on the mix ins either. And their drinking chocolate is incredible. But beware. It's so rich you will probably get a stomachache if you drink it all by yourself!

“The ice cream here was fun and a good quality, but the prices are steep and it was hard to finish the treats. They are very sugary, which is to be expected.
I was most interested in the shakes since they are decorated, and ordered the cotton candy shake ($15). It came with a pink lemonade sugar stick on top, a seemingly homemade sugar cookie, cotton candy, and whip cream with edible blue glitter. The shake itself had a good quality flavor, tasting exactly as expected with a rich texture. The cup was rimmed with vanilla frosting and sugar beads similar to the cotton candy. The sugar cookie seemed homemade because the frosting had a hint of almond in it, which you typically don’t find at the stores. It also had confetti cooked inside.
The coconut sundae was quite good, having a macaroon type bar added with chocolate drizzle. The macaroon was as expected, but the flavor wasn’t our favorite. It had coconut chunks and breading, but it was more dense with a caramel-like flavor binding the ingredients. Because of this, we found the ice cream itself more favorable since it had the refreshing feeling and bite of an authentic coconut ice cream.
The biscoff wasn’t my favorite, but the brownie on top was fantastic.
We also tried the honeycomb ice cream and a fruity pebble shake ($9). The honeycomb flavor wasn’t my favorite as well, the honeycomb itself was very hard to bite. For the fruity pebble shake, it has the cereal blended into the ice cream, causing the pieces to be very small and distributed throughout. This was a bit of a weird texture to deal with, but the flavor was spot on- ice cream, heavy cream and cereal. It came topped with whip cream. IMO steep price for a shake.
Overall the experience was good, we might come back if there is some really special event we want to celebrate and are in the area. For regular treats, I feel like this is out of our budget and could be made at home.“

“A group of friends and I went out after a concert we played in at UVU and they were accommodating and so kind in immediately bringing us water and not rushing us when we were chatting a bunch before we ordered.
My fish and chips were hot and fresh and so delicious, and their ice cream is delectable.“

“My husband and I have been traveling the country in our motorhome for the last 10 months. We have visited many establishments but tonight we were greeted by two of the most awesome young adults. Kel and Luke were very knowledgeable, extremely polite and easy to visit with. Penguin Brothers should be thankful they have these two respectful employees representing their company. Oh, and the ice cream....Definitely hit a home run. The cookie monster and honeycomb were outstanding, as were the double fudge and chocolate chip cookies.“

“Of all boba places in Utah County, this one's the best. I'm so sad that I've moved away now but getting the brown sugar milk tea hot was what got me through every winter semester. It's in a great location being in the heart of Downtown Provo so there's lots of fun activities around. It also has a very cute interior and a super chill atmosphere.“

This is the place to go for that mouth watering cookie. They truly melt in your mouth. Not only are they made fresh daily but there is always a wide variety of cookies to choose from. If sugar cookies aren’t you favorite you will definitely find one you’ll love.“

“First time ever coming to a Menchie's. Appreciate the efforts to have semi healthy dessert, like reducing the amount of HFCS and artificial ingredients (I know the candy and stuff is garbage, but it's a treat lol). One note: if you expect people to tip when they get their own stuff, maybe your staff should be more friendly and keep the place clean and stocked. It's terrible to be guilted into tipping when they don't provide any service.“

“Fun atmosphere. Friendly clerks. Pricing was double what we expected to pay. Check prices before you order. I went in to buy a cone of dole whip and the clerk charged $4.89 for the cone and $4.89 for the dole whip. When I challenged the pricing the clerk confirmed the price was correct. I decided paying over $10 for my cone wasn’t worth it. Also, just a heads up, the tiny one inch cone with about a spoonful of ice cream (think baby size, not even toddler size) costs $5.29. Grossly overpriced!!! Although, our toddler did love his tiny little ice cream cone.“

“I called at 10:55pm because I promised my son an ice cream for being good. I couldn't get to the store untill 11pm on the dot which is when they close. I asked Britney if she could just get 2 ice creams ready to go and I'll be in and out . She was very nice about it (ugh we all secretly hate the last minute people) so that is very much appreciated . You and your co worker seriously rock !!!!“

“I went to this location. There have been a two experiences that have stood out to me about their customer service. The first was when I got the wrong order. I called and they were so gracious and kind to remake my order correctly. They were very professional. The second time a reward on my app was not working and I went in to ask about it. The women who helped was so kind to me about it. She got her manager to help further and the man that helped was so professional and calm about the situation. I was impressed by the customer service. He was able to help me. Then, while my order was being made, the girl that helped me was very cheerful and chatted with me like she knew me so well. I was very impressed. I don’t usually write reviews, but I was really impressed by them all. Those on shift this time deserve 5 stars.“

“I love the shaved ice from here it is one of the things Iook the most forward to in the summer months. The employees there are always nice and he shave isn't that expensive. And the quality is great. It is always a fun treat the whole family can enjoy.“
