“It is a new roll Valentine's roll. Inside coconut shrimp, crab salad, cream cheese and top with mango, avocado, steamed shrimp and mango sauce & ell sauce. It was perfect of perfect.“

They serve real, fresh wasabi with some of their nicer fish (including the sashimi, which I am a little too fond of), and they have plenty of options for those who don't enjoy raw fish (you poor things). You do get the usual ginger and fake wasabi with normal rolls, but the ginger is always fresh!

All of their sushi, cooked and raw, is phenomenal. Anyone who moved to Utah from the coasts and was used to good sushi can rest assured they'll find it here!“

“This is truly a wonderful sushi place. If you're in Lehi for any reason and you don't come here, you're making the biggest mistake of your life.

To say the food is delicious is an understatement. The care with which each roll is made is obvious as each roll lands at your table. The fish is clearly high quality and the veggies are as well. Even a veggie roll has a sophistication you don't see elsewhere.

Furthermore, the staff is amazingly friendly. This includes the itamae (sushi chefs) who answered questions with grace and aplomb. We had the pleasure of Brylee serving us, and she came frequently to check on us and make sure we had everything we needed.

I have nothing negative to say about this experice. Truly a wonderful evening with family and good food, made better by the staff.“

“We love and have been coming to happy sumo for years. It’s a great environment and service is usually quick and good. Holly did a great job. The last time we went my entree came out way later than my husband’s which was mildly inconvenient. We shared his sushi until mine came. They had a seasonal sushi roll with jalapeños and lime and escolar sashimi that should be on the permanent menu! It was so good! Make it permanent. Also, I feel like the temperature of the restaurant is always on the cold side, so be prepared for that.“

Whether you come for the Sushi, which is better than anywhere I've been in Utah Country at twice the price, or the Thai, which is authentic and to die for.
Let me just say, the Nam Tok is a thing of beauty. Get it very spicy. And I've never been disappointed by the curries or the thom kah.

Flavors at this place are quite delicious. The Massaman curry is delicious. The Nam Tok (Beef Waterfall Salad) was amazing, so good. Also liked the Tom kha.“

“This place is fantastic! It’s a new joint and with lots of social media exposure, it was very busy. But that wait was offset with just being able to get the sushi as soon as you sat down! The ability to call the wait staff with a push of a button was quick, efficient, and something I wish other restaurants would do. The price was higher than expected, but that’s largely because there’s so many good rolls there! I highly recommend this place!“

““Server XO” December 3rd around 6-7PM. We came in to grab some boba and food to celebrate a loved one’s birthday. She love boba and plushies. She always loves ramen!!! I didn’t realize how much my group would order, we made sure to add tips to our checks. I greatly want to thank the cook and the kind lady that took our order. She was very understanding and patient. She knew exactly what to recommend to new comers. And even acknowledged that it was my little sister’s birthday and wished her a wonderful day. The workers did such a great job with the food and time management. I have ordered door dash from this place several times and it is definitely one of my favorite places of food choice. “Sushi Ya was really great for lunch today! I was pleasantly surprised by both the quality and quantity of the AYCE options. I usually avoid this kind of place because it tends to be just a mountain of rice with a little not-great fish, but this was awesome! The fish-to-rice ratio was about 1:1, which was fantastic. It's hard to find eel that's not bristly with tiny bones, or salmon and mackerel that taste fresh and not fishy. Everything I tried was high quality and delicious, and I can be very picky.

The service was quick and we had our rolls and nigiri super fast. My hand roll was the biggest one I think I've had, with lots of scallops. My one tiny complaint is that the lights were a bit bright, but it was daytime. They even have a little koi pond! We will definitely be back and next time I'll take a photo for sure.“

“SOOO YUMMYYYY!!!! I come here any time I visit Lehi because it is just so spectacular. The steak is melt in your mouth heavenly. The flavors just explode in your mouth and the hibachi chefs are so fun to interact with. I always do the hibachi and order steak and shrimp with fried rice.“

My wife was sad bc the order was wrong and she is pregnant and it was the only thing she felt like eating, and they made it an easy fix!
