“First time in Chick Fil A and very impressed with the service. Sam was naturally patient. Explained everything fully and certainly did not create the atmosphere of being in a fast food outlet. Good was excellent. Premises spotless and music nice and mellow and more importantly not loud so it created a peaceful atmosphere to enjoy my food. “We went this evening. I think it was their 2nd day open & staff was still getting trained. Many people showed up to have some custard but parking was not even an issue. We ate inside. It's clean & I think the layout of everything is great. There's a drive through, a walk up window, & you can order inside to stay or go. The service was quick and the custard was so good! “Came in about Thurs 8:30pm, lobby was still open (closes at 9pm, drive-thru open later). We ordered a sizable order to return to the traditional bunnies for the kids. “We recently went through this drive thru and arrived at our house and found we didn’t have our chicken wrap. We went back feeling frustrated and we were greeted by Matt at the cashier. He did an amazing job at getting our chicken wrap quickly, refilled our drinks, and threw in a chicken sandwich. Matt is the reason for our 5 star review! He handled it very professionally. We went in frustrated and left happy. :)“

“Really flavorful tacos and meats. The pastor is so delicious and the quesadillas are HUGE! Great sauce, flavored well, overall great place to eat. They have the restaurant in the heart of Ogden, 2 tacos stands along historic 25th street, and offer catering. Great service accompanying the delicious food!“

“They advertised it as a half pound. I believe it. This Arby's usually does better than every other Arby's in the city. I've rarely had a problem with them and when I do it's usually with some of their specialty sandwiches that aren't around for long like that barbecue sandwich they had a few months ago where they didn't actually make the sandwich they had to do the ingredients and told you to make it yourself but every Arby's was doing it that way. Honestly I'm still pissed off about that. But that promotion is long since over so there's no point in complaining about that. This Arby's usually does a good job with their regular food.

Honestly my only complaint about this visit is this stupid Berry sauce they give you with the jalapeno poppers.

Who eats jalapenos with berry dipping sauce?
Seriously at least give us the option to select a different sauce instead of just putting that in there by default and assuming that we're one of the sociopaths that for some reason thinks that jalapenos go with berries.

I got so many of these freaking sauces because they never bothered to ask what sauce would you like with that in regards to the jalapeno poppers.

But that's again a thing that happens at every Arby's I've been to none of them ask when you order the jalapeno poppers what sauce would you like with that they all just assume that for some reason you're some freak who likes berries with jalapenos.

But at least here they get your order right there are other Arby's in this town where I have never once gotten that correct order from them this place usually does fine as long as you don't order the specialty items then it's a bit of a coin toss.“

“I stopped by here on my lunch break, and was immediately welcomed by icky. She was super knowledgeable on the menu, helped make suggestions, and talked to me about my day. She even brought my pizza to my table when it was finished. Even though she was busy, she still took the time to explain the menu and options. By far the best customer service I have had in a while. “Its not every day that you receive exceptional service at fast food restaurants, especially by the younger generations. I was pleasantly surprised when I came in to the store here on Midland today to get lunch. The two young gentleman that were working the counter were kind, friendly and had great attitudes. Food came out looking great. The napkin dispenser was out pf napkins,no big deal, just went and asked for some at the counter. The young man's reaction when I let him know the dispenser was out was outstanding. He apologized several times, got me some napkins and went straight out and refilled the dispenser. Might seems like a small thing to write out a review for but felt that these two needed a little recognition. I jist wish I had got their name sto include in this.“
