“My husband and I go to this specific menchies at least 4 times a week. We have loved coming here each time. The staff are always so friendly and know us by now lol
I do wish there was more seating outside but overall we love this location!
I do have to say that after being bored one night and reading the reviews we did get a couple of good laughs. Since we go to this location so often we believe all the staff there are the sweetest and they do their best to keep up with all the hustle and bustle. “My family and I have been going to Tona for years, and there is plenty of reasons why. The staff are very polite and have good service. The food is PHENOMINAL. Whether you get a roll, Terriyaki beef/chicken or the miso soup. I lived in Japan for 2 years and this place is without a doubt the best place I've been to in Utah that can compare. “Out of all the breweries in Ogden this is my fav! (Sorry Ogden Beer Co). They make the best tasting beer. They have a beer type for all beer lovers. If you’re a sour a fan then you gotta check them out. It’s a bar with no kitchen. They have no problem with you bringing food or ordering it. Fun place for a date night- bring your own food, have a beer, play one of their board games. Veteran owned, highly recommend.“

The crunchy french toast is yummy! 😍🤩 Ot is so uniquely crunchy with the crunch, yet delicious like your favorite thick, french toast. I also love the scones. All day breakfast is a win! Most everyone can find something on their menu. Friendly staff. The dinning space is a little constricting & seating comfort could be improved. The parking is a little tough. One way in, one way out, be careful! 🫠 We have had to wait a while for food & customer service to check out, but all in all, a win!“

“While traveling through the Ogden area, I got a desire for BBQ and went to the Goodwood restaurant for takeout. I ordered the burnt ends dinner and was pleasantly surprised. The meat was well cooked and of good quantity. It was nice to receive properly cooked broccoli also. I will definitely return to this restaurant when I am in the area.“

“Good ol’ diner food! My only complaint is the water is clearly just tap water and you can definitely taste that…tap taste. Eggs benedict is delicious, hash browns are exactly what you hope for, fruit yummy. OH! But I absolutely HATE and cannot stand the DING every time the door opens! It’s unbelievably loud and obnoxious! I get not wanting to hire someone to stay at the front to greet and seat people but holy smokes that is so annoying! But-the important part is the grub and it is typical, yummy in the tummy diner food!“

“Wow! It was insanely busy! The young man serving the plates up was incredible! He was polite, pleasant, calm, fast and efficient! He made the wait with it. Very impressed with the entire crew at how well they all worked as well oiled machine! 😊
Not as happy with my food though. My Beijing beef lactose normal amazing flavor that was kind of bland and way dry. My chow mein was a little overcooked so the noodles were a little too crunchy. But it was so busy in there I think they were just doing the best that they could to get the food out as fast as they could onto the heat table. Because usually their food is pretty dang good there. But I just want to praise the crew they were phenomenal!“
