The restaurant itself is very small, hence the 3/5 stars for atmosphere.
I love the steak fajita wrap with no tomatoes, but avocado instead and jalapeño ranch instead of the regular one. It’s ridiculously scrumptious.“

“Came with our missionary before dropping her off at the MTC - I remember this place from the 90s as a college student and Wow the memories came flooding back! The kids loved it today and the ladies here are SO nice. The wall of “24-inchers” is fun to browse and the “motivational” posters are still funny after all these years. Same great sandwiches!“

Parking: The parking is a little small but is really close to the door to the point where u don’t have to walk to an extreme amount to get to the store or park far away“

“Oh my goodness, the absolute best employee at the Union location...her name is Vickie. From her initial greeting and then talking to us while taking our order, she was amazing. Happy and absolutely loved her job!! You can use her for an example of the ideal employee! I am visiting for Texas and found out she has a cousin not too far from me. Wish we had Cubby's by us...FYI Contractor Fries...YUM!“

“Had lots of trouble ordering online due to the app and website being a real difficult and not accepting payment. Tried with multiple sources and phones. Management's hands are tied and can not honor online specials.... not right corporate!“

“Typically, my husband and I have a good experience at firehouse. Today, we placed an order online 40 minutes before scheduled pickup. It was lunch time and busy, but welcome to the world of restaurants? When I walked in and saw that my order wasn’t on the rack for pickup orders, so I politely asked where my order was or for an update, I was was told: “It’ll get there when it gets there.” “Well, sorry I’m working.” And “excuse me?? What did you say?” I literally had to tell the girl “I wasn’t rude to you so please don’t be rude to me.” Kind of ridiculous to walk in and be met with crap attitude and slow service. An order placed 40 minutes prior to pickup schedule shouldn’t take 55 minutes to make. It also shouldn’t be wrong and missing items. So 5⭐️ for firehouse in general. 2 ⭐️ (at best) for service given today.“

“I came in on Thursday night with a friend and the food was great! The manager, Nick was very kind. However, I asked about his coworker, Nizone, because she was honestly not friendly at all. When we walked in she just looked me in the eye and didn't say welcome. When I told her what I wanted on my sandwich she rolled her eyes and Nick ended up making it for me. She forgot to put mayo on my friends sandwich. It didn't ruin my experience, because Nick and the other boy were friendly, but it is worth mentioning because she did make me feel bad.“
