“Absolutely loved the grilled chicken pita!
After a long hike, it was exactly what we needed, fresh, flavorful, and packed with wholesome ingredients. The chicken was perfectly grilled, the veggies were crisp, and everything tasted clean and satisfying. My wife and I both agreed it was one of the best post-hike meals we’ve had. We’re definitely coming back, this place is a gem!“

“This place takes me back to my youth when I would spend time there during the day while my family's shop was down the road. I'd buy a pink sugar cookie or order a sandwich. They stack the deli meat, paper bag it and each table is filled with comics on the table under the clear plexi glass top. Lots of Far Side, Calvin and Hobbes, and others. Great lunch time spot to go, read some fun comics and enjoy the rest of your day filled.“

“Food was amazing at Draper location. We are into food that doesn’t make you feel like crap after eating, like McDonald’s. We ordered the protein plates and the salmon and special salads were really good! I couldn’t believe this was fast food for how good everything tasted, and more importantly how it made me feel!! Really wish there was a way I could bring this restaurant to my home state!! It would do really well in ND! Thank you for creating this wonderful place, Cubby!!“

“I went in not knowing what I was wanting, but the employee there helped me by listing off his favorites and was trying to help find what was best suitable for me. It was a very nice atmosphere and the food was delicious! Overall amazing service and patience by the employee Moe! I would recommend him if you are wanting help!“

“Typically, my husband and I have a good experience at firehouse. Today, we placed an order online 40 minutes before scheduled pickup. It was lunch time and busy, but welcome to the world of restaurants? When I walked in and saw that my order wasn’t on the rack for pickup orders, so I politely asked where my order was or for an update, I was was told: “It’ll get there when it gets there.” “Well, sorry I’m working.” And “excuse me?? What did you say?” I literally had to tell the girl “I wasn’t rude to you so please don’t be rude to me.” Kind of ridiculous to walk in and be met with crap attitude and slow service. An order placed 40 minutes prior to pickup schedule shouldn’t take 55 minutes to make. It also shouldn’t be wrong and missing items. So 5⭐️ for firehouse in general. 2 ⭐️ (at best) for service given today.“

“I had an outstanding experience at SUBWAY® recently. Despite the rush—with a long line of customers and plenty of online orders in the queue—the team handled everything with remarkable professionalism. My order was completed within just 10 minutes, which is impressive given how busy they were.
What really stood out was the warmth and friendliness of the staff. I even wanted to give a compliment to one of the employees with her lovely red hair; her positive energy truly brightened my day. Every team member I encountered was not only efficient but also genuinely kind and attentive to customers.
Overall, I left feeling valued and well taken care of. SUBWAY® clearly prioritizes both quality service and a welcoming atmosphere, making it a standout choice for a quick, satisfying meal.“

“Just moved to provo recently so this was my first time at this location just walked in trying to get my food and leave when the man ahead of men started throwing a fit and getting aggravated claiming “dont you know im a regular here ive never seen such thin slices of meat this is bullshit” and ive never seen anyone de-escalate a problem better and more efficiency when skyler the man making his sandwich firmly informed that that meat was actually thick and he didn’t need to yell in the store and to even prove he wasn’t wasnt shorting the man he even suggested weighing the meat on a scale this ended up de-escalating the problem and i promptly complemented skyler on his professionalism and as a thank you he even gave me a large drink and cookie on the house i will definitely be coming here again“
