“We are frequent Dutch bro visitors, specifically the Spanish Fork location. We love their coffee! I wanted to shout out Austin, who was taking our order in the drive-through line today. I was in the middle of fighting insurance and figuring out how to get medication for my daughter, which made me very visibly upset, and he was so patient and kind to me. He really stopped and made me feel seen through my chaotic day. I’m very appreciative for his genuine kindness and everyone working at Dutch Bros this morning. Thank you💕“
