“Went here for my birthday and had an amazing time. The food and drinks were top tier right along with the service. I was able to give my compliments to the chef, who is one of the owners, and he is truly a delight. 10/10 would recommend! the Auckland, New Zealand cocktail and the hatch green chili ravioli was actually the best thing ever. “Ridiculously good food. The fish sauce wings, chicken skewers, and rice bowl bahn mi were delightful. My spouse is vegetarian and he was a big fan of his vegetarian bahn mi rice bowl. I want to go back and try everything on the menu. This is my new place to take people to impress them with my taste.“

“Reservations are probably a good idea; I'm not sure if needed on a typical night. For us it was a very busy night (games, Sundance, etc). But we were seated promptly as hotel guests which I really appreciated because the nearby options were limited for a late night bite after a long day of travel. The tuna tartare was really good (8/10)! The staff were welcoming and attentive.“

“2.5 stars The beer selection is amazing. The food is wonderful…however!, it will take more time than you’d think for service and food. We’ve given this place 4 tries, and while sitting at the bar is amazing for drinks, the table service and food is super slow so just set those expectations appropriately. This is a consistent experience, every time, which is a bummer with the service and food because the food is great! But even if you’re sitting at the bar, food service is *extremely* slow (40 minutes for an order of wings). It’s so unfortunate because otherwise, this place is a gem.“

“Super fun spot for delicious cocktails. The bartenders were knowledgeable and so nice! They were playing some great music. It’s a small space so it gets crowded and a little loud when it’s busy. But going during non-peak hours (weekdays or Sunday nights) made it easy to get served and find a table.“

“Great dining experience. Food was perfect temperature when it hit the table. Portions were good. Wine pairing was a hit. Madison, our server, had great timing and took care of us with grace, humor and a good grasp on exceptional professionalism.“

They ten to focus on the line at the center of the bar and pay attention to the people sitting at the bar. Overall, it was good vibes.“

“The atmosphere is beautiful and the live music-saxophone-player is was amazing, (and an unexpected surprise). The craft cocktails were delicious. The presentation of the food was beautiful and very good, however it was a bit pricey compared to the up scale bars and restaurants nearby. Unfortunately, our bartender seems to be more interested in talking to the other staff, instead of paying attention to his customers. We had to wait to order drinks, we waited and waited to order food, and he had a really difficult time checking back to see if we needed more drinks. When the food arrived, the bartender had gotten our order wrong, but he was quick to correct it. The scallops, the fennel salad, the calamari, and the miso chicken were delicious. We did inquire about gluten-free options, but our bartender didn't seem to know what "gluten-free" was, and had nothing to suggest. It would be nice to have gluten-free indicated on the menu. (Also, the online menu was different from the in person menu. Not a big deal, but it should be updated.) Overall, we had a really nice experience and were very happy with our food and drink selections. We will be coming back with friends.“

“I want to give my review of Duces:
I went in on a Monday just this week; and I’ll tell ya, there are some good look’n girls here. There is a gall named Charlette whose sexy curves were absolutely hypnotic to watch, a tall lieth sexy blue eyed blond… (named Blondie, go figure), an adorably cute dancer named Sidney; HELL, even the bartender was better looking than most girls I have seen. (I believe the bartender’s name was Lilly)
But I must admit I am biased because my favorite was Smokey. Now Smokey used to be one of the top dancers at the old Sothern that closed on State Street. But WOW… I forgot how attractive that girl is! She was a 10 out of 10 favorite when I first saw her dance then, and I am glad she is now dancing at Duces. Stunning! She makes me forget anything sad.

I only had a Coke-a-cola (because I had work latter that day) so I don’t know much about the bar.

“We arrived roughly at 9:30pm prior to the cover and had a great time winding down our evening at Sayonara. The bar staff were kind, attentive, and responsive. Quick to take your order and had bar staff coming to your table with drink service.

Of the course the vibes are some of the best in downtown SLC. We particularly enjoyed the bar back and pool room.“

“I attended a Day Party/Brunch yesterday (March 30th) and it was a very nice event, atmosphere, small rooftop area and hookah, nice tables! The DJs played a variety of genres, people socialized and danced. Awesome servers and bartenders. My server, Jacob Meadows, provided excellent service and he was very friendly and personable. I like how there is a food hall directly next door, connected to The Drift Lounge. I highly recommend Taste of Louisiana!“

“I LOVE the Tap Room! What an incredible neighborhood bar where everyone is on a first name basis. I was in for my first time today and Tiffany and the owner make you feel like a regular and family. The owner even bought me a shot of some high end whiskey he just got in. Love this place and will most definitely be back!“

“Stayed in the Marriott for a weekend on my first trip to SLC for a convention. This bar was the highlight of it. Troy, Kelly, and Breno were fantastic. “A nice cocktail bar / lounge in Salt Lake City in the Monaco hotel. Service is good & attentive and the ambiance. My steak frites were cooked perfectly but founded the food to be a bit too salty. If they slightly reduced the amount of salt on the food it will be better. Overall will come again just for cocktails.“

Kelley is amazing and so is Ethan and Hannah is wonderful too. I’m sure there are other people and that they are wonderful too.

Only complaint is that there was a frozen hamburger outside.

I went back and talked to the manager, it was a hot n’ spicy mcckicken, not a hamburger. Anyway, they were out of banana pudding when I went. Weird. I don’t think they even have it. Super weird.“

Started at Mannys across the street for their Kareoke (birthday girl wanted to sing) a bad drink was made was asked to fix it (15 dollar AMF), they then denied the entire party drinks. Then we found ourselves at Willie's, prices were great, drinks were made right, food and service has perfect! Natasha was the best, she deserves a bonus! She was so respectful patient and kind! Did the job like it should be done! Highly recommend this bar!“

“Very cool chill spot. Came here on my first night in town to kick off the night. The drinks were great and the service was friendly. It was getting busier and the bartender was working alone and handled it all very well, I was with good company and that made waiting for the drinks just fly by. We had a few drinks ( the first drink was better than the 2nd) and ordered the "chicken" flautas. Didn't taste any chicken at all but the crunchy cheesy rolled up taquitos went well with our drinks.“
