Pierre Country Bakery & Cafe

I only gave it three stars because the cases were almost completely empty with hardly anything to choose from. I have been here in the past, and it has been very good with many pastries and sandwiches but today it was empty. I did go in the afternoon, perhaps that was why. Staff was very inviting and cheerfully explained all the beautiful pastries. We left with a few of their absolutely amazing croissants (maybe the best I've found in SLC) and we will absolutely be back for more!

I have been to several breakfast places on my visits to SLC, and this is among the best. Awesome selection of baked goods for breakfast, lunch, dessert, or anytime. I personally recommend the breakfast croissant with egg, bacon, and tomato. The tea and coffee selections are there to complement your meal, and the breads look delicious (although I did not buy a loaf as I would not eat it all during this stay). I probably could come to this place and eat all day. Go check it out!
