Taco Bell in Salt Lake City

“Will truly stands out at this KFC/Taco Bell. We went through on Sunday night the 21st around 8:30ish and just like every other time he’s working, the service was outstanding. He’s quick, polite, and always adds a little extra friendliness that makes the experience memorable. We also work in customer service, and it’s rare to find someone this consistent and positive. Will deserves recognition, a raise, and a promotion!! He’d be a fantastic trainer or manager and is a huge asset to this location.“

“I'm a little biased as I love Taco Bell in general, but this location has been a great spot to stop for lunch. They've been really good about getting my order out and correct and typically have the lobby decorated with holidays. The staff have always been really friendly and helpful at this location.“

“This store #033154 is amazing! I don't know who is working this shift, 08/19/2025 at 1:45 pm. But they ALL need to a raise and to go teach every other taco bell how to make food. I ordered a beefy 5 layer, cheesy double beef and a nacho DLT. the burritos were a pretty good size, everything was spread out correctly and they didn't fall apart while eating it. First time in years I have actually been happy with my food and didn't feel like I was getting ripped off! This crew is awesome!“

“While the food was not made with the level of detail I would want from my T Bell (cheese outside shell, sour cream only on half, etc.) the staff were excellent and they had the cleanest bathrooms I have ever seen at a T Bell.
The soda fountain was also very clean and the ratio was crisp. Perfect mountain dew.

Parking lot / drive through situation kind of whack“

“I visit this location often, and the food is almost always on point. Tonight I had such amazing customer service, so I of course had to leave a review. I made my night after a long hard day! I wish I would’ve gotten the workers name to specifically thank them. But if you see this! Thanks!“

“The food and service are both great, the store is clean, and they have updated drive thru signage as well as the dining room. With that said, the area isn't great, so it's either drive thru, or doubly make sure your car doors are locked. Not that it's a violent area, just a lot of desperate people hanging around. Similarly, the restrooms are kept locked at all times, and the fountain drink machine is kept off (while dining in, I observed two groups of people trying to get free drinks and use the restroom without being a customer). I get the plight of these folks, and have been in their shoes before, but business comes first, so the workarounds to prevent it from becoming a hangout joint are understandable. Lastly, the drive through pavement is pretty bad right at the window (within their scope) and straight out of the drive though is a huge hole you need to avoid to prevent damage (outside their scope as it's part of the nearby hardware store parking lot).

Parking: Plenty of parking for the small dining room, but make sure you lock your doors and don't leave valuables in plain sight...“

“I didn’t get her name, but we just went through at around 11 PM on Friday, November 14 and I just want to leave a review for the cutest lady working the taking orders part of the drive-through. She was so kind and patient and I really appreciated that. She deserves a raise! I wish I got her name, but thank you for your kindness.“

“This is the best taco bell in the world. They ask if you want it spicy, double beef, extra sour cream, etc. I love the different questions you get for each different item. The Baja blast tastes so wonderful. It's different than other Baja blasts and way better. Nicest staff. Every person here is so great and prompt.“
