Taco Bell in Salt Lake City

“It's far away from where I live but I'm working just up the road from that place and it is a great place the people there are very helpful They get you exactly what you ordered and they get it done fast That's why I keep going back I've probably been there seven times in the past 2 weeks maybe more“

“The best value menu deal (non-breakfast items) goes to Taco Bell's bean, rice and cheese burrito. Most locations charge $1.49 or $1.59. This one sells them for a buck! The only other location I know of that does that is Shiprock New Mexico. Three of these fill me up. (Don't need meat at every meal.) The Diablo sauce is primo and very hot, as it should be. The packets are too small, but that's not worth a deduction.“

“The guys that work here, at least at night time when i get off work, are always the sweetest most kind people and they brighten my night every time i get food from them. The food is always exactly what i order aside from one time they made up for anyways.“

“I'm a little biased as I love Taco Bell in general, but this location has been a great spot to stop for lunch. They've been really good about getting my order out and correct and typically have the lobby decorated with holidays. The staff have always been really friendly and helpful at this location.“

“I'm only pretty sure Heather hasnt been there for too long but Heather has been good to me. Twice now she fixed somebody else's mess up before I even received the bag. Don't get me wrong, part of that is my fault. I do order custom items via the app, but twice now she's been like nah that order ain't accurate and held her employees accountable while making sure the customer receives the right product. A++.

From a fine dining manager that doesn't want to cook at 1 a.m., if yall don't take care of Heather then I will. Give her a raise ASAP knowing she's worth.

“The food and service are both great, the store is clean, and they have updated drive thru signage as well as the dining room. With that said, the area isn't great, so it's either drive thru, or doubly make sure your car doors are locked. Not that it's a violent area, just a lot of desperate people hanging around. Similarly, the restrooms are kept locked at all times, and the fountain drink machine is kept off (while dining in, I observed two groups of people trying to get free drinks and use the restroom without being a customer). I get the plight of these folks, and have been in their shoes before, but business comes first, so the workarounds to prevent it from becoming a hangout joint are understandable. Lastly, the drive through pavement is pretty bad right at the window (within their scope) and straight out of the drive though is a huge hole you need to avoid to prevent damage (outside their scope as it's part of the nearby hardware store parking lot).

Parking: Plenty of parking for the small dining room, but make sure you lock your doors and don't leave valuables in plain sight...“

“This is the best taco bell in the world. They ask if you want it spicy, double beef, extra sour cream, etc. I love the different questions you get for each different item. The Baja blast tastes so wonderful. It's different than other Baja blasts and way better. Nicest staff. Every person here is so great and prompt.“

“I ordered food through the drive-thru. All of my food options were correct, including removing of some toppings and changing of other options (like upgrading my tacos to the Nacho Cheese Doritos Los Tacos). Everything was correct and fresh and served with friendliness. I will definitely visit this location again.“
