Staff is aggressively rude, the grinder is so loud. Takes forever.
I ordered a brewed coffee at the self-checkout and selected the option to add half-and-half. However, the cup was filled with plain coffee and no cream. It also took a while to find the cream, and the staff themselves didn’t know whether the dispensers contained cream or regular milk. To make matters worse, they didn’t know how to use the cream dispenser either.

The Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf was breakfast burrito, breakfast croissant, Iced Matcha protein drinks, cold brew. Employees was very nice and friendly. Manager on site was tall guy. Situation was handled well. Iced Matcha protein drinks was perfect treat with perfect amount of sweetness in protein milk. Cold brew is good. Black cold brew is solid in summer months. Prices was fair for airport prices. Food was 5/5, Cleanliness 5/5, Service 5/5. Location is right between A16 and A20. Overall the option was decent.
