Girls legs were moving like she wanted to be there. Definitely would consider her for a promo. Just needed a little smile and it blew me away.

“We were treated so well by the drive-through staff members here! An item was missing from our order. They promptly replaced it and treated us extremely kindly. The airport was a madhouse due to the nationwide outage. Wendy's staff went over and above to show kindness, which considerably eased our stress. Nicely done, friends!!“
“We had a miscommunication with our order and Cody had it corrected in no time at all. He went above and beyond making sure each of our kiddos had what they needed and treated us so genuinely kind! Fabulous experience here. Would go back.

“I was at the register waiting to order for several minutes and wasn't even acknowledged. Finally a worker came and took my order.
One order of chicken nuggets was room temperature and dry. I was able to get a new, fresh order quickly, though.“
“Food was great, one of the mangers there let me order the Cajun at 10:20 before lunch started too. But one of their younger male employees that let me into the restroom right after he came out (they have code locked doors) and he urinated all over the seat. There actually wasn’t a spot he missed on the seat. So I walked right back out, let one of the younger lady cashiers know and she looked away didn’t say and word and walked away. This was on Wednesday may 8th in the morning for reference.“
“I wanted to point out a positive experience I had at this location and have had before centered around David. David always has a positive attitude and helps make me feel valued as a customer during my fairly frequent visits. Most recently, David was wearing a Wendy’s beanie cap and making the other employees laugh and spreading positivity amongst the other staff. It’s is obvious from an outsider perspective that David’s work ethic and contagious positivity make him an effective and vital employee of this location and in a world full of negatives, he deserves to be called out for bringing a little light back to it.“
