“Oh my gosh this place is phenomenal! Not only is the Sushi rolled fresh for every order, the customer service is amazing! The lady who took our order was very nice, friendly and quick on her feet. Our order was delivered right to our table. And it was presenters to us in the way you'd expect it to be delivered to royalty. I highly recommend giving them a try. You won't regret it.“

“Food here was awesome! The staff was very friendly and helpful. This is by far one of the best fast casual restaurants I've been to. One note tho the noodles are not the same as lo mein noodles. The noodles here are just plain noodles. I'd suggest going with the fried rice if you're going to pay extra.“

“Been here twice in the past month and I have nothing but good things to say. Portion sizes are excellent, and you don't leave feeling like you ate out. They are balanced delicious meals that don't sit heavy in your stomach. You can tell the ingredients are fresh and high quality.“

“This was my first time eating at Zao and I was very impressed. I wasn't sure what to order so their team gave me a few samples of the meat choices to help me make a decision. The honey sriracha chicken was incredible! Super friendly, and helpful staff and the food was great.“

“I really like this location of teriyaki Grill. The staff is very friendly. The lines are usually very quick. And they usually have your food ready before you can even sit down. The food is fresh and the meat usually isn't very fatty although every now and then you'll get some fatty pieces of chicken.“

“For me a great find. Make sure you’re hungry they fill you up. I got the beef teriyaki with noodles and veggies and amazing would be the right description. The steak was so tender and the flavor was perfect. I also ordered the medium spicy and it was just what they said. One of my favorite places for lunch or dinner.“

“Anastasia is really warm and welcoming, food is really good and portion is generous as well, the pork leg dish which is only served on certain Tuesdays, one of the best the dish you can get from there in my opinion, the pork leg is cooked to perfection, paired with a broth and veggies super delicious! Worth to try tuesdays special for sure!“

“I love this location; there’s a blonde male who works in back mainly, and then there’s a female who works up front - I think she has like blonde highlights, but these two employees are always there working their butts off and they’re super nice! The customer service here is just as good as the food!“

“Natick Mall location. dirty tables everywhere. no hostess at hostess station. waited 10 minutes for her to show up. asked about wait tine was told 45 minutes gave name and phone number. never got a text. 3 hours later got a text asking how we enjoyed our meal. I knew by all the dirty tables and the sad faces of the guests at the other tables we dodged a bullet.“

“Everything I've tried here has been so good, with really fresh ingredients-- fresh vegetables, fresh basil, etc. My favorite so far is the panang curry, however I also have a weakness for the sticky rice with mango (I don't know where they find their mangoes but theirs are way better than any that I can find!) The service has always been fantastic as well. I come here when I've had a hard week and I need some good food and a friendly vibe to keep me going:)“

“I love the food here, staff is also so wonderful. I came here with my family, and, to be honest, I felt bad coming to a Chinese place having someone who was gluten free. But, the staff made great suggestions and were incredibly kind. I ended up getting the orange chicken combo which comes with fried rice, wan tans, and soup. I can comfortably say, the food here is as good as it looks. It’s also surprisingly affordable as well, looking forward to coming back here.“

“The fried tofu at 7.5 spice is very mild. Good flavor, but if you're looking for more heat I'd say 9 is a better option. It's closer to Sriracha, but not too spicy yet. The apple and strawberry flavored milkies are also pretty good and not odd tasting. The Korean corn dogs are best served with corn flakes, and the all cheese weighs a decent amount. Overall, good value and the taste is worth the price.“

“Skip the sushi and just get the Negima as your entree. I’m joking … but not really. The negima dish was much better than any of the sushi that I tried. Not to say the sushi was bad, but this dish was SO GOOD! I also got some edamame which is always fun. For sushi I got a hand roll, the rainbow roll, the executive suite, and the PD. I wasn’t amazed by any of them and they tasted a tiny bit bland. They could’ve used some more flavor or a bit of spiciness. That said, sushi isn’t really known for its flavor. The major negative part was that I left hungry because the rolls just weren’t filling at all. All in all, the fish was high quality, the rolls were good, and the atmosphere was also good.
If you want to go here, make a reservation because it can fill up quick.“

“We stopped by the Soy Sushi Bar and Grill for dinner, 4927 S State St, Murray, UT 84107 on the trip to visit my friend in Salt Lake City from my home town, Irvine, California . We have an opportunity to enjoy a great dinner, very fresh sashimi platter, playboy roll, seafood fried rice… We are surprise that in a small town like this place , we are able to find a great Japanese food that is as great as the Taiko Restaurant in My home town in Southern California …“

“Food was tasty, and came out quick - looked fresh. We were not huge fans of the dressing that goes on the salad portion of the rice bowls so that sort of tainted it, but had it not been for that, I think we would have really loved the meal.“

“Honestly the best sushi in Utah, especially all you can eat! Highly recommend coming when they’re not busy if you can and recognize service will take longer on their busy times. Highly Recommend the Jintastic and mixed tempura, but everything tastes amazing. I love that there’s not too much rice, just the perfect amount. Shout out to the amazing chefs, waiters, and waitresses!“
