“My daughter is autistic, and is very shy. We went to starbucks after school because she had a difficult day, the barista Kelsey was so incredibly kind and friendly to my daughter. My daughter is very interested in makeup and loved baristas makeup and so I told her to compliment the barista, Kelsey spent 10+ minutes talking to my daughter about makeup, best products to use, different styles, etc. Kelsey is amazingly good wi children and i appreciated this gesture so much,This is our new home starbucks now“
“Please clean your bathrooms.
There is a liquid puddle in front of the toilet and barely any toilet paper. There is no paper towels and the air blower to dry hands is not working.
I also asked for a water and was told I had to buy something when my husband and I had bought coffees right before. Please do better Starbucks. I am in Starbucks almost every day across the country and at this specific location it could of been better“
“I’m always intrigued by how well the in-store places (such as in super markets like Smith’s & Target’s) are doing compared to the Starbucks owned buildings they operate in. IMO the biggest difference ofc, is the atmosphere. With most of the Starbucks I visit, the employees are almost always very friendly & helpful.
I also love their seasonally decorated “containers” (why is it so hard to get a nicer, refillable coffee cup that will keep beverages hot any more?) so it’s always nice to get them on clearance, as I do at the shop inside our locally owned Smith’s- idk if their owned stores ever mark them down or not🤷♀️😎“
“I made a mobile order, but this location was out of my order, so the app kicked my order to a different location (I didn’t know this was a thing, but it needs to be fixed). The cute girls were SUPER sweet and helpful!! They quickly made me a replacement drink and sent me on my way, because I didn’t have time to drive to the other location. I’m so grateful and I appreciate them so much!!! (I wish I had gotten their names!)“
“Andy is amazing! Gave me free drink when my malfunctioning cell wouldn’t pull up my stars or let me pay. But, there are so many amazing employees here. I don’t know their names, but they have done everything to make my drinks perfect, and to value and respect me as a customer. I remember all Starbucks were like this in the 1990s, thanks for maintaining the tradition!“
“The man at the window when I went on Wednesday April 23 at 7:30 PM was amazing, he was a dark haired man with glasses and he was such a positive impact on my day. I wish I could remember his name, but he was so enthusiastic, and even though I was sick today, he actually gave me a chuckle and made my day more positive which I think this life is all about. Thank you, Starbucks and keep this person Forever!“
