“We have been going to this Cafe Rio since it opened and we have found that the quality of the food, size portions, friendliness of the employees changes over time. There seems to be a rather large turnover recently and the friendliness of the employees has suffered. The portions also vary, usually toward smaller sizes. The food is always good, the sauces are great and length of time to take each order has improved. The store appears to be having the same problem most fast food establishments are having and that is the retention of people who are service and customer sensitive. We love the food and will continue to order our meals here and continue to hope for improvements in the service and atmosphere. Kudos to the management for sustaining the level of service in difficult times. We are patient and loyal!“

“8pm Jan 23rd. Me in the drive thru. I need 6 green sauce to eat this California burrito. Worker: heres two. No no really. I eat every drop of the sauce. i need 6. Worker: here is one more.
This was not a language barrier, this was bad service. I had to go in the store, totally defeating the purpose of the drive thru. Thanks guy.“

“Fui al de Springville ase unos días y siempre todo está bien y la cajera en la mañana bien buena y siempre con una sonrisa pero ese día fuimos en la tarde después de las 6pm y fue un error. Los que están en la tarde se ven que no les gusta el trabajo y un muchacho creo que se llama Iván en su cellular ignorando mi pregunta. Mi esposo también no le gusta ir en la tarde por que no tratan bien a la gente. Necesitan una clase en cómo comportase con la gente. Nunca más regresamos en la tarde.“
