The Aerie Reviews
Have dined here multiple times. Tonight was a disappointment, both with service and two of our four entrees. Server was not very friendly and quite unattentive. Over two hours for dinner which was very slow. They comp a meal but it was completely in eaten due to the poor quality. I hope they can improve because the atmosphere is great.
My food was service cold and took 45 minutes to from order to serve. So something went wrong in the kitchen. Servers were on top of their game. View is nice is you can get there before sundown. The food prep and taste is very good. They just did not deliver this time.
We had a wonderful family dinner to celebrate our first Alta/SnowBird ski trip. Paul, our waiter, was outstanding as well. Food excellent, little pricey but excellent quality.

The Aerie Restaurant at Snowbird offers a memorable dining experience, known for its excellent food, friendly service, and beautiful views. The menu features a mix of flavors and textures, with popular dishes like the lamb sugar cane skewers, Elk bolognese, Risotto, Elk pasta, and the bison tenderloin. The service is attentive and accommodating, though some reviews mention it can be slow, with long waits for cocktails and food. The restaurant's elegant atmosphere, combined with stunning views of the fall foliage, creates a perfect setting for a special meal. The high-quality food and overall experience make it a worthwhile destination, despite the higher prices. However, some guests have experienced issues after their visit, such as illness, which is important to consider. Overall, The Aerie provides a beautiful location and delicious dishes for those looking for a memorable dining adventure.
