70s ski resort theme

I ate here several times while we were here. I feel like I liked every menu item I tried. Lobster pot pie was really good. So was the cauliflower, rib, falafel, tuna chips, vegan brownie.

We stopped by The 71 Club at Snowbird for a late lunch near the end of the season, and it was a great experience all around. Even with things winding down, the food and service were still top-notch. I had the gluten-free pizza, which was excellent, and my son ordered the tram burger—he loved it.

What really stood out was the service. I wish I could remember our server’s name because he was fantastic—friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience even better. Definitely...read full review
