“New owners took over a few months ago, and they definitely made it much better!! I felt like the previous owners were trying to cater to non-Koreans too much, where as now I feel it's very authentically Korean.
I tried the chicken porridge and was blown away by how good it is!! I will definitely be back with friends to try the chicken!!
If you've come before and were disappointed, I urge you to come back and try it again!!!“

“usually really great but tonight i ordered online to “beat the rush” like they advertise and then got to watch 4 large groups order AFTER i walked in and told them i was waiting for a mobile order get their food before mine. and guess the reason? because mine was a mobile order!!!! make it make sense 🤣 it’s all the same food why not just make mine first since i’ve been there physically before everyone else but hey whatever

“I’m a hot sauce enthusiast. This is the hottest thing I’ve ever eaten in my life. I got the southwest salad with the spiciest level of chicken and fries. Having eaten hot chicken all over the country, I thought I could handle it. They really showed up with a panic-inducing level of heat. The salad and amount of chicken with it was fantastic value. It was way more than I expected. The fries were hot and fresh. Alexandria was very kind; she came and checked on me a few minutes in to make sure I was okay.“

“Had never heard of this place before but I’m so happy I found it- the best spicy fried chicken! Crispy, juicy and delicious! The spice is balanced and flavorful. I have tried the medium, spicy and lift off and all have been excellent! While the liftoff definitely had my eyes watering- it was still a very good ‘warmth’. Both visits I have got the sandwich+ tender combo.
Also- the crispness of the crinkle cut fries with their house sauce is amazing!
10/10 would recommend!

“I thoroughly enjoyed their waffles, it wasn't too sweet nor was it too bland for me. While the chicken could be seasoned a bit more for my taste, it was still good. The chicken wasn't soggy nor dry and easy to chew. And the workers were very nice and welcoming.“

The service was great. I did see an employee pick up a chicken tender from the counter and put it back in a customer's order. He did pick it up with a napkin but gross. I would have asked for a different tender.
It was WAY to loud in there with the music.

Parking and entry is a nightmare here.
Google Maps will lie to you if you are coming from the east. There is no way to legally turn in to the driveway from westbound 21st. Don't fall for it!

Vegetarian options: French fries and maybe a salad? Not your best choice.

Dietary restrictions: They do have a gluten free bun option, it's ok.

Parking is challenging, parking lot is tight. It's nuts they let this restaurant to be placed here. Whatever, the chicken is good.

“I came in for a bucket of chicken. They had to cook some more thighs to complete my order. About 18 mins. I was offered a free drink for my having to wait. While waiting, I was asked if I liked Cinnamon biscuits I have never had any. She offered me some that were getting too old and going to be thrown out. I accepted. It was very nice to be treated this way. Here's the reason why. I am having surgery for cancer tomorrow. I needed something good to happen to me and this was it. I don't think she realized how much it meant to me. I really needed some kindness before the ordeal I will have starting tomorrow. I don't know her name. I wanted to thank her, however she was in the back and couldn't be seen to do so. It is making my day a little brighter when it is needed so much. THANK YOU“

“I airways use the app because it's easy and super friendly. Today I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich with a gluten free bun. I got all the way home and found that I had the Grilled chicken but no bun! I was super frustrated and called the store. It is really hard to stay upset with them when they instantly will do anything to make it right. Their first option was not just an apology and an oh well. It was an apology and an offer to hand deliver a new sandwich with the gluten free bun. 10 minutes later I have a fresh warm sandwich with the gluten free bun that I wanted. And they brought my kids brownies as well! It was all delivered with huge apologies by one of the managers in their own car. They always go above and beyond at this store to fix the mistakes that they rarely make. Everyone is human. It's how you handle the mistakes that leave a lasting impression.“

Parking: In both locations there are other big stores as well, so you can find parking, it just might not always be close. The Drive-Thru moves very quickly also!

“This has been a (chicken) bucket list item for me for a while. The restaurant is a mini museum with some neat artifacts from KFC history, including one of the Colonel's classic white suits. Beyond that, it's a standard KFC with standard KFC food.“
