“This place is my favorite place to go whenever I visit Chinatown, the cashier is so kind and has such a sweet soul, and the potstickers are some of the best you can get around here. AND THE KOREAN CHICKEN IS AMAZING the whole place is just so wonderful. Definitely go and visit whenever you can.“

“My husband likes boneless wings so we tried the secret sauce , the honey garlic, and the galbi. I had a high expectation of the place based on the pictures I'd seen and oh boy did they deliver. Each flavor was better than the other, and it was perfectly cooked, juicy and crispy; every second of waiting bc it's made to order is worth it. All the servers were extremely kind and the restaurant was clean. The portions are generous, so if you are not a big eater you may share an 8 wings or half chicken and then take the opportunity to try some of their other dishes. I definitely want to go back to try more flavors and their fried rice. Top of the list for places to have fried chicken.“

“Very good chicken. It was tender and juicy and very spicy haha. The fries seasoned a cajun style is pretty good and well seasoned. Only complaint I have is how uneven putting the spices on the chicken. you have some bare naked and some extremely coated. So each nugget is inconsistent. 18$ for 15 nuggets and fries + drink is pretty decent but could be worse. Less fries than what im used to for fast food but lots of chicken is great!

Place was little dirty and it was not busy but bathroom was pretty spotless. Ill probably get a medium next time since i found spicy to be too intense for my silly taste buds.“

“The male manager on duty tonight at the University Oaks location in Round Rock TX was a wonderful representation of how a manager should run their store. I placed a mobile order on the app and added the breast cancer awareness bear. When I got there, he informed me that the bear has been sold out for a while now and he would let IT know since it was still being offered on the app. He tried to refund the money for the bear, but he said the system wouldn’t let him process it, so he refunded my entire order and gave me 3 Halloween cups for the inconvenience. That truly made my night and a wonderful start to the week. Thank you! 😊“

“Such a sweet spot to go, but they also have savory waffles! Everything we’ve ever tried here is so delicious, the cream is made from scratch and so creamy and delicious. Bring a date here and enjoy your waffles while staring at the paper maiche birds and leave a love note post-it on the wall. The cutest spot ever!! We loved all our waffles but the dulce was our favorite.“

“Terrible drive through. It goes all around a hotel parking lot. It is hard to get to as well. You can only turn in if you are going east on the road. No turn in going the other way. Love the employees and food though. I don’t go to this particular one because of the location.“

The service was great. I did see an employee pick up a chicken tender from the counter and put it back in a customer's order. He did pick it up with a napkin but gross. I would have asked for a different tender.
It was WAY to loud in there with the music.

“I ate some chicken here, got hot, they weren’t lying… the chicken was not that fresh anymore and it seemed as if it was drowned in red pepper flakes. A little underwhelming but I never leave a bad review. Maybe it was on me for getting hot and coming at the wrong time“

“I airways use the app because it's easy and super friendly. Today I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich with a gluten free bun. I got all the way home and found that I had the Grilled chicken but no bun! I was super frustrated and called the store. It is really hard to stay upset with them when they instantly will do anything to make it right. Their first option was not just an apology and an oh well. It was an apology and an offer to hand deliver a new sandwich with the gluten free bun. 10 minutes later I have a fresh warm sandwich with the gluten free bun that I wanted. And they brought my kids brownies as well! It was all delivered with huge apologies by one of the managers in their own car. They always go above and beyond at this store to fix the mistakes that they rarely make. Everyone is human. It's how you handle the mistakes that leave a lasting impression.“

Parking: In both locations there are other big stores as well, so you can find parking, it just might not always be close. The Drive-Thru moves very quickly also!

Kid-friendliness: My 3 year old (twin)grandchildren love going in!! They always get a treat or surprise ?

Wheelchair accessibility: I was in a wheelchair for 6 months about 4 years ago and I had no problems at all.“

We order catering from them all the time and its always perfect and theyve even helped us bring it up to our floor when we didnt being enough carts. This morning we ordered late and the time we needed wasnt available, i went down to ask if it was possible to pick it up earlier and they were more than happy to help! So happy we have them close by to fill out catering needs for office meetings ❤️“

“Not going to lie, my first trip had dry chicken. My third trip, they forgot my salsa and guacamole. But I keep going back because the food is soo good! This trip, my family and I got the 8 piece mixed with macaroni, mashed potatoes and beans. All the food was HOT! All the food was FRESH! Juicy chicken, sweet and savory mashed potatoes and gravy, perfectly seasoned beans. The macaroni wasn't mushy and overcooked like some of the other "chicken" guys; It was fresh and cheesy. Overall the establishment gets 5 Stars. Any negative experience would have been human error and not the fault of the company. We are all human and make mistakes so all is forgiven because yall be Makin some delicious food!“

“I was very pleasantly surprised that This place was very clean and the staff was friendly. I believe she was one of the managers, I came on a Sunday for lunch, she spoke both Spanish and English and she helped everyone with a smile. The restaurant was very clean and when I went into the restroom I was very shocked to find a fast food restaurant with very clean restrooms. Food was the usual, nothing wow but nothing bad either. I would definitely come back.“
