“Got the chorizo burrito. The menu said chorizo egg and cheese. But mine had potatoes too. It was a little dry, you can tell it was griddled. So it was dry. Still taste good but dryer then I like. The dinner food has not disappointed me but I have not been here in a while.“

“Just used the drive-thru here in Springville. Ordered 2 strawberry shakes, a crispy chicken & guac burrito meal for my husband, and 2 fish tacos for me. Over $18. Drove home, opened the bag, only the burrito and fries were there. That's about $7 worth of robbery. I've tried calling but they won't pick up the phone. I don't have time to go back today and I have NO LUNCH ! Not sure I want to give them any further business.

UPDATE: The manager phoned me the next day to offer me compensation for the missing fish tacos. She was very courteous and asked if there were any other concerns I had that might stop me from returning. The day after her call I received my voucher via email. This was a great response. I will definitely visit again soon! 😄“

“Update: This Cafe Rio is good, though it suffers from some of the same issues as other locations: sometimes meat or guac are too salty, sometimes the drinks are too sweet, etc. There’s some inconsistency, but it’s not a huge variation and the food is generally still very good. The service is good and much quicker than when they were new. Employees are friendly and efficient.

Original review: The food was delicious, but we waited for half an hour before we got our food. It was busy, but I’d have expected to wait maybe 15 minutes with the line they had at another location. They were also out of most of the speciality drinks. Hopefully as they get more into the swing of things, the pace will pick up.“

“Food was hot - service was a little slower than expected. Staff was very nice and apologized for the long wait.

Update - the new cheez-it crunchwrap isn't as good as it should be - the nacho cheese makes it soggy. I would take out the nacho cheese and add extra regular cheese.

The cheez-it tostado is very good and has crunchy cheez-it flavor.

Tip - if you use the app and want to eat inside - go through the drive thru then bring your food inside. We waited a very long time for our order - 20+ minutes“

“They upped their game! Historically, this Taco Bell has disappointed me. However, the people working there right now give really good customer service. They are clear communicators, upbeat, and you feel a little better about the fact that you're eating fast food.“
