“so, today my mom and i came out for a lunch date- this is always our go to spot here in tooele. the food is generally pretty good but today, it was very exceptional! our server rio was very attentive and an exceptional server! i am very appreciative of the good service and homely atmosphere and highly recommend the dishes i present below! (broccoli chicken alfredo, three cheese chicken penne, and mozzarella sticks)
the rockin’ poppin shirley drink was soooo good and so was the shrimp sirloin steak but i, unfortunately, couldn’t get a photo of them- for i devoured it all in a instant haha.

“We were visiting from Florida and stopped in for lunch — so glad we did! Our waitress, Trinity, was absolutely wonderful. She was friendly, attentive, and gave great recommendations. The portions were incredibly generous — we came in for lunch and left with enough food for dinner too! Everything was delicious, and the service really made the experience even better. Highly recommend if you’re in the area!“

“I stayed 6 nights. Next time I’ll stay longer. First of all, it’s a family run small hotel, only 6 rooms, and really some of the most friendly and caring people I have met in Sri Lanka. The rooms are nice, every thing functional. Big terrasse or balcony. With view of the wonderful garden and the lake, this is both filled with birds and animals. You feel as you are in zoo then you eat breakfast in the little restaurant. The food is really good, don’t miss out on the excellent breakfast, at the same time they feed the birds and squirrels! The pool is only a few months old. Good size, part of it for small children. It’s kept really well, very clean. I like that they have there own Tuk Tuk. Very convenient . “The delicious self made baklava was a welcome suprise! These ladies actually cook the food with Love. I had the breakfast burritos and they were stuffed.
If I was a local I would eat here often, but I would bring a jar of pickled jalapeños to light it up.“

“The food and service were good. Although the side of feta, tomato and olives is definitely not what was expected. 4 1x3 inch blocks of feta, some tomato slices and olives. It would have been better if the feta was crumbled over the tomato and olives. Very strange presentation.“

“We had a marvelous meal, the adorable friendly Sarah that took our order recommended a bacon 🥑 burger turned into a salad and it was delicious. Fast service also, our meal was out way sooner than we expected. Cole slaw was yummy. You won’t be disappointed.“

We were a little skeptical to come based off some reviews, but we had a great meal. Our server was great, but it’s true that some other staff members did NOT seem happy to be working. ? My husband got the got the ribeye steak and they cooked it perfectly. I had the French dip and it was good, just good. Nothing more and nothing less. However, our favorite thing from our meal was the chips and salsa. We got the chips and queso, and it came with a small side of salsa too. I had to ask if they make it in house or where they get it from because I needed some to take home. They totally make it in house, so we bought a cup to take home with us. Overall good food, but the highlight was the chips and salsa.“
