“The food was amazing! The salad bar has so many options that it alone will fill you up. The mashed potatoes were the best I’ve ever had. The meats were also perfectly cooked and bursting with flavor. The sweet and spicy chicken and the pineapple are my favorites!

The service was fast and efficient. Mateus was friendly and upbeat, checking on us frequently and always had a smile on his face.

The atmosphere is definitely a party atmosphere. It seemed like every table was having a birthday, which was a blast! I would highly recommend this location, and ask for Mateus!“

The toppings area was clean, which was nice since there was some traffic. The waffle cone bowl was free since it was Wednesday! But to my utter disappointment, the cones were stale. Being in a dry region, there is no excuse for it. I had to bend my waffle bowl in half to get a piece to break off! No bueno.“

We ordered cocktails, which came quickly and were rather good but when we asked to order appetizers our server informed us that the kitchen preferred for appetizer and meal orders to placed at the same time, as a result our meal arrived seconds after finishing appetizers, leaving us feeling rushed. Our server didn't check to see if we wanted additional cocktails or wine with our dinner so we had to hunt him down. “I think that Ruth’s Chris steakhouse is my most favorite and most popular restaurant for me to go there and eat really good food from there and my favorite food from there was there chicken breast and mashed potatoes and lobster bisque soup and hot buttery rolls and chocolate cake for dessert and it was really good and delicious and I would totally eat it all again and touring the restaurant with the owner and meeting the staff was also a fun experience to also and if I were to rate the restaurant on a scale of one to ten I would definitely give it a solid ten out of ten rating from my time visiting the restaurant and I would totally recommend the restaurant to anyone who would like to go to the restaurant to eat there and enjoy the experience there !!“

“I love this place. Warm salsa is amazing! Super friendly and the food is great. I have super picky Mexican food eating friends and they loved this place too. Mariachi band on Tuesdays can be fun and remember it’s ok to say no to them if you’re not in the mood. The food does take some time, but the quality is worth it!!“

“The food is always good and fresh! I went to the drive thru and ordered 2 meals- when I got to the window I realized that I left my purse at home. I had cash in my pocket but I was $2 short so I asked them to take off 1 meal and they did and charged me for just the 1 meal. Then when Scottie handed me my bag there were 2 meals in the bag! She said have a good night! I was in tears because that was such a nice thing to do!!! I love Costa Vida!“

My wife and I went to Pei Wei today at the 10373 S State St, Sandy, UT location. I ordered the Salmon Poke Bowl, and my wife went for the Chicken Lettuce Wraps. First off, super yummy. Like, “I’m already planning my next visit” yummy.

But then came The Crispy Rice Stick Incident of 2025.
The lettuce wraps came with these rice sticks that were so hard, I swear if I had tried to chew them, my dentist would’ve been planning a Hawaiian vacation off my bill. Luckily, Pei Wei’s team stepped in like the customer service Avengers, remade the wraps without the tooth-traps, and did it for free.

Also — and this is a rare unicorn in modern dining — there was no pre-tip line at the register when I prepaid. This is the restaurant equivalent of finding an extra nugget in your Chick-fil-A box. Instant bonus points.

All in all, the food was great, the customer service was stellar, and my teeth remain intact. In this day and age, it’s not easy to find a place where you can get a great meal and not have to worry about something going sideways.

“I love Aubergine and I regularly eat at another location. However, I was unfortunately surprised by this location’s service.

Food took a long time to come out (can be understandable), but what I received when it finally came out was poor. The falafel was ice cold and rock hard. The greens were somehow like stale?

The portion sizes were also by far the smallest I’ve ever received at Aubergine (not the end of the world), but even my dressing was filled up only like 1/4 of the way.

It all seemed very sloppy. Probably won’t be back to this location. Employees were nice, just felt the offering was really lacking.

“I've lived in the SLC/Holladay area for 4+ years and this is the best coffee this side of town! They have a drive thru(only) and the menu is pretty simple. The barista is super helpful and down to Earth. I seriously won't go anywhere else, it's the best coffee around here.

“Went once in the afternoon, smelled good but was around 630pm so I figured there wouldn’t be a lot and told them I pass by here everyday for work and will be back… well I figured a bakery would be open for the commute. It’s a great spot for people on the west side going to work on the east but then I saw they open at 9am??? I’m sad I’ll never get to try them again! Closed or slim picking by my off time. “I went for the first time this week because it’s Wizarding week and wanted the Harry Potter ones. I went in said I had never been there and asked if any of them had peanuts in them. I was told yes, but that they could custom that one so I could still get it which they did and the guy that was working was very cautious to make sure they were safe for me. “This place is great! I love gyros but decided to try a bowl and the bowl was excellent! Definitely less messy than a gyro. You can build your own bowl which is what I did. Very tasty and very filling. I would definitely come back and order another bowl again.“
