“The food is fresh and delicious and hot. Every bit of it is cooked to perfection. Idk how they do it but the vegetables (despite not being seasoned or roasted) are so flavorful and fresh and bright. The sauces and spices are wonderful and the meat is always cooked perfectly no matter which kind I get, as well as the rice. The service is friendly and again, the food is wonderful. I've come in a bit hangry once and they were good to me anyway. They've got it all figured out.“

“Classic açai and smoothie shop. Can’t complain about the food. The girl, the POS was very friendly and helping with making some edits to my order. There’s another girl working, who seemed to be the manager, and she was more plugged into her earphones than customers put all in all can’t complain about an açai bowl after yoga.“

“I’m visiting from out of town and after indulging in crown burger and soda shops all week, I needed something light and refreshing. I came into Protein Foundry the morning of March 6th and the employees were incredible! They helped me find my perfect order out of the abundant menu. The stellar service of the PF staff made the most comfortable and enjoyable environment to enjoy my delicious Velvet Samba smoothie bowl. I could not recommend this location enough. Great stuff!“

“LOVE the acai bowls here. I've tried a few different places around and this is a top favorite. Good thing they don't have a location down in Lehi or I'd be going here way too often!

I will say, though, beware the chicken sandwich! The dijon is no joke. Not sure if there's horseradish in it or something, but it is STRONG. So if you're like me and have a low tolerance for anything that tastes remotely like horseradish, probably swap it for something else.“
