“The food is fresh and delicious and hot. Every bit of it is cooked to perfection. Idk how they do it but the vegetables (despite not being seasoned or roasted) are so flavorful and fresh and bright. The sauces and spices are wonderful and the meat is always cooked perfectly no matter which kind I get, as well as the rice. The service is friendly and again, the food is wonderful. I've come in a bit hangry once and they were good to me anyway. They've got it all figured out.“

The Playboy Roll, which is sort of my go to roll, I'm torn if they are number 1 or 2 when it comes to the place I like it the most. but we have enjoyed many other rolls their. but we also appreciate their wall of ramen which is great for my daughter who is trying to like more sushi, but isn't all the way there yet. it make it easy for her to still get a full dinner, but also try some sushi as well. “We are big fans of Koyote, especially the vegan Tantan-men and tofu whip, so when this Japanese-Italian fusion restaurant opened we were eager to check it out. Thankfully, there are vegan options on the menu, and they’re quite good. An additional vegan entrée would make the choices even better.

The décor of the restaurant is stunning. The wine selection was pretty good. The service was great as well. Overall, a great addition to Salt Lake City’s dining scene.“

First the Food. Everything is freshly made, hot, and very good. I've had the chicken, steak, and salmon teriyaki, all of which are fantastic. The plates are massive, and I often have lots of leftovers. The smaller bowls are also a full meal, and often what I order. The drinks are made fresh as well, and I am fond of the Thai Tea and Sakura Coffee. The Boba is fresh made and hot, which makes for a really fun and unique experience, with the ice cold beverage and warm Boba. Its a treat!
Their sushi is also fairly good.

The staff is great. The owners are extremely nice, and very helpful.

The restaurant is small, but well taken care of. Its clean, bright, and not too loud.

“We stopped by this ramen place after visiting the zoo at night..it was freezing cold, and this was the only “noodles” place open late, so we decided to give it a try. The food was pretty good, but it’s definitely on the pricey side. Ramen in Utah is a bit overpriced in general.

The noodles didn’t taste like traditional ramen, more like homemade noodles, but they were still tasty. We also ordered the chili pork dumplings, which weren’t quite what I expected (I thought they’d be similar to the ones from DTF), but they were okay.

He tends to get overwhelmed by tickets or special requests. When I've experienced this happening he seems as though he gets stressed out. Then he lashes out on the other staff around him, especially the owner's mother who works the register. I've experienced this on multiple occasions and it's frustrating to see. I love this place but it's beginning to make me not want to come here due to how he treats others. I have kept my mouth closed for the experience of other customers in the building. However, your staff don't deserve this type of treatment and I will be standing up for them the next time this happens in front of me. I've kept my mouth shut long enough.“
