“The food is fresh and delicious and hot. Every bit of it is cooked to perfection. Idk how they do it but the vegetables (despite not being seasoned or roasted) are so flavorful and fresh and bright. The sauces and spices are wonderful and the meat is always cooked perfectly no matter which kind I get, as well as the rice. The service is friendly and again, the food is wonderful. I've come in a bit hangry once and they were good to me anyway. They've got it all figured out.“

“my family and I really enjoy Mr. Shabu. We have mainly been for the sushi, and have really liked it. The Playboy Roll, which is sort of my go to roll, I'm torn if they are number 1 or 2 when it comes to the place I like it the most. but we have enjoyed many other rolls their. but we also appreciate their wall of ramen which is great for my daughter who is trying to like more sushi, but isn't all the way there yet. it make it easy for her to still get a full dinner, but also try some sushi as well. “This is by far my favorite ramen place in Utah. I’ve been so many times and realized I’ve never written a review. As someone who has spent a considerable amount of time in Japan their Tsukemen is the closest thing I’ve found to Japan. I get it every time and it’s 100% my comfort meal. “Unbelievable to have this in the south valley! The fish on the donburi and in the sushi rolls is fresh and flavorful. The portions are excellent, especially for a very reasonable price. “We are big fans of Koyote, especially the vegan Tantan-men and tofu whip, so when this Japanese-Italian fusion restaurant opened we were eager to check it out. Thankfully, there are vegan options on the menu, and they’re quite good. An additional vegan entrée would make the choices even better.

The décor of the restaurant is stunning. The wine selection was pretty good. The service was great as well. Overall, a great addition to Salt Lake City’s dining scene.“

First the Food. Everything is freshly made, hot, and very good. I've had the chicken, steak, and salmon teriyaki, all of which are fantastic. The plates are massive, and I often have lots of leftovers. The smaller bowls are also a full meal, and often what I order. The drinks are made fresh as well, and I am fond of the Thai Tea and Sakura Coffee. The Boba is fresh made and hot, which makes for a really fun and unique experience, with the ice cold beverage and warm Boba. Its a treat!
Their sushi is also fairly good.

The staff is great. The owners are extremely nice, and very helpful.

The restaurant is small, but well taken care of. Its clean, bright, and not too loud.

“Fun family experience and yummy food. The chef was very talented, lots of the normal hibachi experience: throwing eggs, fire, throwing shrimp in each persons mouth, etc. the food was delicious and each thing was the perfect temperature. They give everyone 2 sauces plus soy sauce on the table so you can season more as needed. We brought up an allergy to peas and she assured us they didn’t use it in the fried rice.“

“I had never been to ramen legend before and it didn’t disappoint. My cousin got a spicy curry ramen. I usually get a pork broth ramen but decided to try something new. The gentleman making the food was kind and happy and efficient and my food was cooked properly. “I love almost everything here, and always go out of my way if I'm near one or see th we food truck! the one thing I did just have that was downright bizzar, and borderline gross was the Raspberry chicken. I'm curious if there is anyone thats gotten it more than once. I just sort of speed ate the chicken so I didn't waste the money, but couldn't handle the rice with that actual salad dressing, super sweet and tart sauce. then it also has blue cheese on it which is very strange, lol.“
