“Great service, great food at great prices“

“I think that Ruth’s Chris steakhouse is my most favorite and most popular restaurant for me to go there and eat really good food from there and my favorite food from there was there chicken breast and mashed potatoes and lobster bisque soup and hot buttery rolls and chocolate cake for dessert and it was really good and delicious and I would totally eat it all again and touring the restaurant with the owner and meeting the staff was also a fun experience to also and if I were to rate the restaurant on a scale of one to ten I would definitely give it a solid ten out of ten rating from my time visiting the restaurant and I would totally recommend the restaurant to anyone who would like to go to the restaurant to eat there and enjoy the experience there !!“

“My wife and I heard about the wonderful and amazing food, service and atmosphere while living in Arkansas. Knowing we were going through Salt Lake on vacation we just had to stop and taste for ourselves. Wow, is an understatement. Everything from the wonderful salad, the most amazing Brussels sprouts on earth to an even better New Zealand Elk steak and our server Sara was an amazing experience I wish everyone could partake. The host at the front, to the server Marissa, to all of the managers, and servers, all were so kind and considerate to my family and I. The food was literally delicious, every single item from the salad bar to all of the meat we ate was great. “Excellent service. I enjoyed my food, though the wings and fries were a bit salty but still tasty. Flo’s filet was juicy and cooked to perfection but it did need some more flavor. I loved the steakhouse Mac and cheese, and raspberry lemonade. Caesar salad was also really good. Wasn’t really a fan of the loaf of bread I wish they had rolls instead. Great portion sizes.“

“Customer Service Manager Nikki went above and beyond to make our visit a wonderful experience. We had joined the online waitlist expecting to be seated around 7 p.m., but since it was such a busy night, our wait stretched about 30 minutes longer. During that time, my very pregnant daughter began feeling unwell. Nikki noticed and immediately brought us fresh rolls and ice water while we waited outside, making her more comfortable. She even managed to get us seated sooner than expected. It’s rare to see staff take that kind of extra care and attention, and I want to commend Nikki, and Texas Roadhouse, for delivering that level of service. “The food was delicious! They come out with complimentary bread, which is so good. And then we ordered a 6oz filet and a 12oz New York strip. Both were delicious. Sides are an extra $21/each. We got asparagus and mac n cheese. They were really good but that price seemed crazy. The steaks don’t come with anything, so if you want any sort of sauce on your steak, you’ve got to pay extra. I didn’t get any sauce on my filet, but it didn’t need it because I like steak more rare, so the steak juice was enough for me. My husband was very glad he added on two sauces on his.

The music was loud, but we’ve been to two locations and that’s just kind of their thing.

What really stood out was the service. Wow, it was exceptional service! Our waiter Josh was amazing and gave great recommendations. You can tell this is a top notch service place. They pay close attention to details and are always making sure things are being run smoothly.“
