“came here yesterday after work because i was hungry and felt like panda, i went inside to order because i also had to use the bathroom. but they helped me out pretty quickly for making a bigger order that was ahead of me, and the customer service was great and the food looked really good and they gave me great portion sizes they have me enough chow mein and the honey sesame chicken. the inside was nice and clean as well, and i will come back if i’m ever hungry after work again. would recommend this one over the one in saratoga where i live any day.“

“This was a nice place to eat at during lunch. The line wasn’t super long and the workers were great at managing our orders and make sure we all got our means in a timely manner. The food was also delicious and fresh.

“A sweet little mom and pop shop, the couple who own it are just delightful! THE best won ton soup I have ever had! We ate here 3x in a week! The fresh rolls are delicious and the spring rolls are excellent! Prices are excellent and parking is free.“

I had a great visit to the A&W in American Fork! The restaurant was impressively clean and well-kept — everything from the dining area to the restrooms looked spotless. It’s clear that cleanliness is a top priority here, which made the whole experience more enjoyable.

What really made the visit stand out, though, was the General Manager, Joseph. He was incredibly welcoming, professional, and clearly takes pride in running a top-notch restaurant. His attention to detail and friendly attitude created a positive, inviting atmosphere that you don’t always find in fast food spots.

If you're in the area and craving a classic root beer float or a burger, this A&W is the place to go. Clean, well-managed, and full of friendly faces — especially thanks to Joseph and his team!“

“I'm a fan of Carl's Jr from my childhood! Haven't had one where alive now for over 20 years...The minute we walked in to this location I noticed the work ethic of what seemed to be the only person working at the front (and he was). He was hustling between the drive-thru, cash register AND prepping food! He was friendly, greeted us right away, was multi-lingual - speaking Spanish to another worker in the back. Even though we could sense he was busy, he helped us without seeming rushed, only giving quality customer service and answering our questions with good detail. After taking our BIG order for 8 people, he was considerate enough to explain that there were only 2 workers so it may take a bit of extra time. We were happy to wait because this young man was so great. And then - he managed classic business smarts - he under promised but OVER delivered, getting us our food in minutes including free cookies!!!
