“I ate here the other day the reason I give it a rating of 4 stars overall is the sheer amount of grease on the fries, the flavor is nice. The addition of rosemary or Cajun was a nice change of pace to the standard salted fry. The chicken was above average for a chain/fast food fried chicken. The service is ok it’s mainly self service then they bring to food to ya. The wait is about 10 minutes for food. The chicken is fairly priced but the fries for the quality are a bit over. Overall 7.8/10.“

“My husband and I have been traveling the country in our motorhome for the last 10 months. We have visited many establishments but tonight we were greeted by two of the most awesome young adults. Kel and Luke were very knowledgeable, extremely polite and easy to visit with. Penguin Brothers should be thankful they have these two respectful employees representing their company. Oh, and the ice cream....Definitely hit a home run. The cookie monster and honeycomb were outstanding, as were the double fudge and chocolate chip cookies.“

“Creamworx is my favorite ice cream shop in Utah! The girl at the counter was so friendly and welcoming, and the ice cream is super creamy.

The Peach Crumble Sundae is why I am writing this review. It is amazing! The peaches were fresh and the crumble in the sundae is like nothing I've ever tasted before. Super yummy. I'm going to get another one to take up American Fork Canyon with my grandkids.

“A group of friends and I went out after a concert we played in at UVU and they were accommodating and so kind in immediately bringing us water and not rushing us when we were chatting a bunch before we ordered.

My fish and chips were hot and fresh and so delicious, and their ice cream is delectable.“

“Always a pleasure working with Scuba Snak and their technicians. The water level in my pool was decreasing rather quickly and when I reached out to Mike he was able to have a tech come out the next day. I wasn’t going to be home during the time of service but the tech was able to do everything as needed. Leaks were fixed and recommendations provided!“

I went in to buy a cone of dole whip and the clerk charged $4.89 for the cone and $4.89 for the dole whip. When I challenged the pricing the clerk confirmed the price was correct. I decided paying over $10 for my cone wasn’t worth it. Also, just a heads up, the tiny one inch cone with about a spoonful of ice cream (think baby size, not even toddler size) costs $5.29. Grossly overpriced!!! Although, our toddler did love his tiny little ice cream cone.“

“I went to this location. There have been a two experiences that have stood out to me about their customer service. The first was when I got the wrong order. I called and they were so gracious and kind to remake my order correctly. They were very professional. The second time a reward on my app was not working and I went in to ask about it. The women who helped was so kind to me about it. She got her manager to help further and the man that helped was so professional and calm about the situation. I was impressed by the customer service. He was able to help me. Then, while my order was being made, the girl that helped me was very cheerful and chatted with me like she knew me so well. I was very impressed. I don’t usually write reviews, but I was really impressed by them all. Those on shift this time deserve 5 stars.“

“Pinguino’s Gelato was the best decision for our wedding reception.
The Ape cart was absolutely darling.
Everyone raved about each flavor.
As wonderful as everything looked and tasted, Pinguino’s service was the best part.
Teresa was delightful and made coordination seamless.
At our reception, Teresa was clearing tables, making lemonade and refilling our drink stations just to be kind. That had nothing to do with Pinguino’s.
The servers were so kind and helpful. They found me and personally brought me a gelato flavor of my choice just to make sure I got to enjoy the gelato like everyone else.
I highly recommend Pinguino’s for any wedding or event.

Please please please don’t ever get rid of the peanut butter skillet cookie. This cookie has been THE greatest cookie I have ever had in my entire life.
