“Creamworx is my favorite ice cream shop in Utah! The girl at the counter was so friendly and welcoming, and the ice cream is super creamy.

The Peach Crumble Sundae is why I am writing this review. It is amazing! The peaches were fresh and the crumble in the sundae is like nothing I've ever tasted before. Super yummy. I'm going to get another one to take up American Fork Canyon with my grandkids.

“My husband and I have been traveling the country in our motorhome for the last 10 months. We have visited many establishments but tonight we were greeted by two of the most awesome young adults. Kel and Luke were very knowledgeable, extremely polite and easy to visit with. Penguin Brothers should be thankful they have these two respectful employees representing their company. Oh, and the ice cream....Definitely hit a home run. The cookie monster and honeycomb were outstanding, as were the double fudge and chocolate chip cookies.“

“We had a great experience at Leatherby’s! The cheese fries were phenomenal – so good we ended up ordering a second round to share. I also tried Carolyn’s Caramel Twist ice cream dish, and it was absolutely delicious – the caramel topping paired perfectly with the creamy ice cream. The only downside was the churro, which was harder than expected and not very enjoyable. That said, the ice cream flavor and caramel more than made up for it. We’ll definitely be back!“

Nathaniel is the kind of guy who makes you rethink your own life choices because wow, should I be doing more? Watching him work is like watching a highlight reel—no filler, no mistakes, just banger after banger.

If you have the opportunity to work with, know, or even briefly exist in the same space as Nathaniel, take it. Five stars isn’t enough. I’d give him six if the system wasn’t afraid of the truth.“

“Very fun place! They serve hard ice cream, the softer stuff with all the toppings you want by weight, and a bunch of other fun snacks like pretzel bites! Plenty of seating and they have arcade games, some of which are free to play! My kids ages 5 to 13, all had a great time there! Can't wait to return!“

“I can't express how great this staffs location is. We ordered a polar pizza for next day pick up at another location and they mentioned they couldn't do it.

I walked into this location and they made me a custom polar pizza on the spot in under 5 mins. I wish I would've caught the girls name who helped me. I'll be back to this location going forward. Spectacular customer service“

“We give Eleanor's 4.5 stars. We got the cacao, raspberry and the salted caramel.

The salted caramel was very flavorful and would give it 5+ stars. It was so full of flavor, it was hard to believe it was dairy free! It tasted like frozen custard! The other two flavors were okay, but were not quite as flavorful.

I assume the coconut cream and habanero would both also be flavorful since they are scooped like the salted caramel.

The cacao and raspberry were similar in presentation to rolled ice cream, rather than scooped. 4 stars for these. I would think they would scrape the more flavorful ice cream since you can only eat a small amount at a time, so you could taste it even better, but maybe the texture of the scooped flavors would not work in the scraper machine.

Another reviewer talked about them only having three flavors late on a Saturday evening. We went late on a Saturday and they still had all the flavors available, so maybe the reviewer had the same misunderstanding as we had:

The cashier was sweet and helpful, but I initially misunderstood her when she said they only had coconut cream, habanero and salted caramel. I thought those were the only flavors they had, but those were actually the only flavors we could taste test because they were scooped. We couldn't test the other flavors because they are scraped.

I would recommend painting a lighter color on the walls. The store looked closed in the evening when it still had an hour until closing. We almost didn't go in.

Despite the small changes I would make, it was a great experience! If I didn't live so far away, I would return more often.“

“I went to this location. There have been a two experiences that have stood out to me about their customer service. The first was when I got the wrong order. I called and they were so gracious and kind to remake my order correctly. They were very professional. The second time a reward on my app was not working and I went in to ask about it. The women who helped was so kind to me about it. She got her manager to help further and the man that helped was so professional and calm about the situation. I was impressed by the customer service. He was able to help me. Then, while my order was being made, the girl that helped me was very cheerful and chatted with me like she knew me so well. I was very impressed. He has great customer service and you can tell that he genuinely cares about getting to know you and take care of you. The Ape cart was absolutely darling.
Everyone raved about each flavor.
As wonderful as everything looked and tasted, Pinguino’s service was the best part.
Teresa was delightful and made coordination seamless.
At our reception, Teresa was clearing tables, making lemonade and refilling our drink stations just to be kind. That had nothing to do with Pinguino’s.
The servers were so kind and helpful. They found me and personally brought me a gelato flavor of my choice just to make sure I got to enjoy the gelato like everyone else.
