“I fell in love with this place the moment we walked in. We were greeted by the 2 young ladies, the owners daughter and niece. The service was fast and exceptional. Our waiter was the nicest young man. Now let’s talk about the food 👀 it’s amazing. I had the Birria tacos which includes green chili consome, green chili mozzarella stick with green chili aioli and Sopaipilla’s. We will be going back to eat here again for sure.“

“👍👍👍👍👍Had a terrific lunch here on Monday (6/23/25). Staff were all friendly and accommodating. Food was great. Not your regular Mexican dishes, more like Mexican with a unique twist! I had the Quesabirria (kind of like a quesadilla)and Ashly had the Birria Stew. We each chose lamb for the meat. These were made well, delicious and beautifully presented. Using lamb and the Birria style gave everything a unique, delightful flavor! It was a perfect afternoon for eating outside, too.“

“Really enjoy rencheritos. The crazy breakfast burrito with green sauce is my favorite. Second is the enchiladas, but wish they would cook them long enough for the cheese to fully melt. A lot of times the cheese is cold to the touch.

Is a world of difference getting the crazy breakfast burrito with fresh-semi fresh chorizo. Old chorizo is nasty!“

“It’s such a cute little place on the corner. I love its location, it feels like you’re visiting a small town and eating local food here. Plenty of parking you just need to walk a little. I didn’t love the chips and salsa but I loved that they offer the first basket complementary. I got the daily special fried shrimp tacos. It was delicious, I would have liked more sauce on it. Felt a little dry. But such a cute place and atmosphere. Worth trying at least once 🥰“

The service was very friendly and the food came very quickly and at the proper temperature. The soup is also wonderful. This hole-in-the wall is a real find! My husband and I will return often.“

“Mi Favorito makes delicious food. Their street tacos and carnitas are awesome! Some of the best in Salt Lake City. Their red sauce has very good flavor and it's hot!!! Their green sauce is medium to mild with great flavor. We stop here for great street tacos when we're in town!“
