“I absolutely love Cafe Shambala and highly recommend stopping by! Every time we host family or guests visiting, we bring them to eat here. Both the lunch buffet and the dinner menu are delicious. Our favorites are the spiced potatoes, the marinated chicken, the momos, and the traditional rice pudding dessert. My husband and I have never had less than a 5-star experience, especially with the excellent service. My only suggestion for improvement would be to more clearly post a drink menu during lunch, specifically for the refreshing mango lassi and other tasty drinks available. Last time I was there, the only posting of this information was a faded printer paper taped on the outside windows.“

“The food was amazing! The salad bar has so many options that it alone will fill you up. The mashed potatoes were the best I’ve ever had. The meats were also perfectly cooked and bursting with flavor. The sweet and spicy chicken and the pineapple are my favorites!

The service was fast and efficient. Mateus was friendly and upbeat, checking on us frequently and always had a smile on his face.

“We've gone to this place many times through the years. Sometimes we bring parties of 20+, and sometimes it's just the two of us. The staff is always so great. They take your dietary needs seriously. They explain each step of the process, and know what is in each food item. We've never had a bad experience with the Grand Tea room, and we'll be back for sure soon!“

“I'm not one to get into the whole Apollo burger vs Crown burger thing, however, this location clobbers any other Apollo or Crown burger spot you'll find in Utah.

“my family and I really enjoy Mr. Shabu. We have mainly been for the sushi, and have really liked it. The Playboy Roll, which is sort of my go to roll, I'm torn if they are number 1 or 2 when it comes to the place I like it the most. but we have enjoyed many other rolls their. but we also appreciate their wall of ramen which is great for my daughter who is trying to like more sushi, but isn't all the way there yet. it make it easy for her to still get a full dinner, but also try some sushi as well. “I think that Ruth’s Chris steakhouse is my most favorite and most popular restaurant for me to go there and eat really good food from there and my favorite food from there was there chicken breast and mashed potatoes and lobster bisque soup and hot buttery rolls and chocolate cake for dessert and it was really good and delicious and I would totally eat it all again and touring the restaurant with the owner and meeting the staff was also a fun experience to also and if I were to rate the restaurant on a scale of one to ten I would definitely give it a solid ten out of ten rating from my time visiting the restaurant and I would totally recommend the restaurant to anyone who would like to go to the restaurant to eat there and enjoy the experience there !!“

“Took my daughter here for lunch. I’ve been a couple times and always have a great experience. The owner is a one man show with the most simple and successful business model that even my 15yo daughter just chuckled with the whole experience. And, he makes damn good sandwiches.

Come as soon as they open. They only make a portioned amount each day. When it’s gone, it’s gone.

“The FOOD was even better on a lunch special price. It had all of this pictured (Haiku) and miso soup to start. I left feeling so full and filled with quality food. The service was efficient, friendly, and consistent throughout the lunch. The atmosphere was perfect with natural lighting and cultural touches throughout the restaurant. 10/10 recommend! For lunch I had the S1 Pho and my husband and the Curry fried rice again amazing! We finished our meal with the Vegan Flan and omg sooo good!!! “My daughter and I were just traveling through Salt Lake City and stopped to have a snack at the Corner Brew Pub in the B terminal of the airport. We were greated by the manager, who started us off with waters and our drink order from the moment he sat us. He was delightful, had a great smile, and was clearly happy to pitch in! Our server, Sarah, could not have been sweeter! She checked in on us often, made sure we were well taken care of, and had such a lovely presence!

It’s rare in an airport that you would get such great service - it was genuine and with a smile. We travel a lot in generally stick to private lounges, but this experience rejuvenated my faith in the airport restaurant experience!“

“We had dinner here mainly because it was within walking distance of our hotel, and we did not have high expectations. To our complete surprise, dinner was absolutely delicious — one of the best Indian meals we have had (and we have had a number of them in New York City and elsewhere). The flavors were subtle and appropriate to the dishes. Service was excellent also. Appetizers, soup, naan, a vegetable curry (split between the two of us), a dessert, and beer came to a little over $40. If we lived in the Salt Lake City area, we would certainly return to this restaurant.“
