“Edited to update, because everything is refreshed since 2022, I believe. Their naan has improved (or my memory of the past has vanished and I just really enjoyed it). The cheese is so so good. We got two sauces and rice, and I ordered online and picked up, and an option was to order a sauce without meat and so I tried that out. I knew I had rotisserie chicken at home I needed to use up, and so when I heated that up and added it to the sauce and rice, it was completely pleasant. Don't hate. I got three meals out of it that way! I got more sauce in the container since no meat was taking up volume. So, take that cheat for what it's worth to your wallet. Masala and coconut kurma are delicious. Their chicken is super tender, obviously better than rotisserie, but the sauces are king for sure. Now that we live closer we'll order here again when the dinner itch needs the Indian scratch...

We've been going to Flavors of India lately and then we tried a new place that wow just wasn't good, so we wanted an Indian redo that we knew we liked. So we came to Bombay House, and as we are, we decided Flavors of India would get our 5 stars compared to BH! Whiles still great, we see that we prefer the rice, naan, and flavors at Flavors of India. Both places have a great chicken pakora appetizer, we tried a nice mango drink at BH this time and enjoyed that a lot. FofI has a cheese naan that we love! And the flavoring on their rice is a little less... floral taste? Anyway, for the price and preferences, we'll likely stick with FofI from now on, but you won't have a bad meal at BH!”

“So good! the pastor are amazing. The tripas tacos were crunchy and perfect. The corn quesadilla came on a fresh made corn tortilla, Amazing! 100% recommend.”

“Alhambra Shawarma is AMAZING! The most authentic Arabian-style shawarma I’ve had since being in Riyadh—and hands down the BEST shawarma in the entire Salt Lake City area! The flavors are spot on, the falafel is perfectly seasoned and cooked, and the sauces with the fries are out of this world. The staff is so friendly, the place is super clean, and the food is absolutely delicious. If you love Middle Eastern food, this is a MUST-visit—you’ll definitely make it your regular spot!”

I had cash in my pocket but I was $2 short so I asked them to take off 1 meal and they did and charged me for just the 1 meal. Then when Scottie handed me my bag there were 2 meals in the bag! She said have a good night! I was in tears because that was such a nice thing to do!!! I love Costa Vida!”

“This is the best Dell taco I've ever been to. The people who work here are always super nice haven't messed up my order once in over a year of going here and it's always fresh food. Rs who ever the owner is they are definitely careful about the quality of food that comes out of here. As for any other locations and of Dell tacos I can't say. I don't typically give reviews unless it's exceptionally good experience. If you're in the area I'd definitely recommend you give this location a try.”

“We went into the Saratoga springs location and saw the magnificent looking cinnamon rolls. Much to our dismay there were no raisins and we are always on the lookout for raisins in our cinnamon rolls. Carl, the owner, said he’d make a pan with raisins for just for us. We took 10 huge cinnamon rolls home and the family indulged in the best rolls ever! Thanks Carl!”

“Great products and great service. What more can you ask for? My story if you’re interested in the extent this small bakery goes through for service. I live in Idaho. My parents in West Jordan. I like to get them treats on occasion. Getting a good product, you never see and getting it to them at the right time has been the challenge. This latest occasion was for Father's Day 2023. I looked up some local bakeries on google that I hoped could deliver in time and had good reviews. I didn't know what to expect when I got in touch with the Flour Box Bakery. It was after hours when I sent a message on their website, expecting to be contacted the next day. I received a message from Gienie (pronounced Jenny if I'm not mistaken) at 9:42 PM that night. We texted and agreed Friday at 9AM to talk. As agreed, she called me on time. Of course, as timing goes, I wasn’t available to talk. She texted me again to follow up. We texted and talked and all of it was smooth and helpful. Initially I was looking for delivery but upon ordering I had a change of plans. I bounced back and forth between pickup and delivery a few times. Gienie was amazing and patient with her accommodations. Not only did she take care of what I needed, she gave great advice. She texted me when the baking was completed and another when it was delivered. She also threw in a few favorites as “extras” at no charge, which was not necessary but appreciated. I didn't get to personally taste the product being in Idaho. I did confirm with my parents who gave rave reviews on the baked goods and friendliness of servcie. I look forward to trying other products and will be ordering more on my next trip to visit. Thank you Gienie.”

“Found this place 4 years ago.....we spend several winter months in UT for skiing. Just got here 5 days ago and looking forward to picking up carry out or eating in the dining area. It's consistently the same, steaming hot pho, always vegan......what more can you want? Will be eating it 1-2x's/week while here.”

We were waiting at our table for 10 minutes before even getting our drinks, then had to wait another 10 minutes before getting to order our food. An older guy started serving us who I think was actually the bartender was really nice tho and even gave us 2 free mint ice cream cake desserts for free at the end so that made up for it. I don't know why he was helping all the tables around us while there was 2 young workers at the front on their phones and talking to me it looked like we're only helping with greeting and seating people.”

“My favorite coffee! High Point has delicious coffee roasts and many options. All the staff here have great energy and are so sweet and considerate. The shop helps out the local community by providing space for local creators to sell their merchandise and there are cozy places to sit and work or chat in the shop.

If you are getting a coffee to go, as I usually am, the workers are pretty quick and the line has never been very long for me. I highly recommend grabbing their egg and cheese bites if you want an extra boost for your morning. Their danishes are also delicious and they will warm them up for you. If you forgot your lunch, they have lunch boxes you can get for $10 that include a sandwich and some snacks. They also support a lot of charities and local movements and their window usually has more info on how you can help them with that.

“Unique spot specializing in potato based dishes like garbage fries and baked potatoes. This is a perfect place for anyone gluten free with almost their whole menu, including desserts being able to be made gluten free. Special shoutout to the gluten free fry bread with cinnamon butter.

Also we showed up 20 minutes to their closing time without even realizing and the employees were still so kind and not pressuring us to leave. Wish we were more aware for sure but the service and food deserves 5 stars”

Moving here frrom a town in IL just north of Chicago, I never expected to find quality kielbasa in UT... but low and behold, Rise By Good Day has saved my polish cravings and kept my stomach happy. You have to get the Weselna Kielbasa. It is my absolute favorite. You also cannot go wrong with pierogies either. Or the poppy seed bread. Or the polish apple pie. I also love trying all the other polish foods and snacks. The ketchup is my new go to. Don't get me started on the Paczki. That's a delicacy of its own. Stop in, you wont be disappointed. The service is amazing. The owner is so friendly, as are her staff. I cannot recommend this place enough. I am looking forward to them opening the new location in West Jordan and trying their pierogi pizza and kielbasa pizza. Mmm!!”

Many years have passed and it’s still standing strong, because of the emphasis on service and quality. We do, however, miss the monthly cruise nights.”

“First time here. Absolutely amazing! We had a dishes and both were amazing. Every roll is art! Sat at the sushi bar and it’s the best seat in the house. The Sushi chefs Eddie and Yee are there and you can chat with them and there’s always something to look at. they made Sushi roll super fast and the Sushi Rolls so yummy. The restaurant has a real nice and clean vibe too. The restrooms were clean as well. Definitely my favorite sushi spot in SLC. If I were rating our experience on food/atmosphere, this would have been 5/5 stars.”

So glad to find a place that still makes sushi by hand and the Ramen noodles we have found in town. We travel all over the country and the sushi here is fresh and the staff is vrey friendly. Staff seams happy and they greet you the moment you walk in which is a breath of fresh air compared to when I left the bad review a few months ago. Very impressed with how well this location is now run. Great job. 5 solid stars now.”
