“First time here. Absolutely amazing! We had a dishes and both were amazing. Every roll is art! Sat at the sushi bar and it’s the best seat in the house. The Sushi chefs Eddie and Yee are there and you can chat with them and there’s always something to look at. they made Sushi roll super fast and the Sushi Rolls so yummy. The restaurant has a real nice and clean vibe too. The restrooms were clean as well. Definitely my favorite sushi spot in SLC. If I were rating our experience on food/atmosphere, this would have been 5/5 stars.”

Much to our dismay there were no raisins and we are always on the lookout for raisins in our cinnamon rolls. Carl, the owner, said he’d make a pan with raisins for just for us. “Great experience at Spud Toddos! The menu had so many tempting options—it was hard to choose because everything looked amazing. We ended up trying the chili baked potato, the poutine, and the turkey dinner, and everything was delicious and super filling.

My Canadian husband was especially impressed with the poutine—he said it reminded him of home and would definitely come back just for that taste he’s been missing. We’ll absolutely be returning to try more!”

Moving here frrom a town in IL just north of Chicago, I never expected to find quality kielbasa in UT... but low and behold, Rise By Good Day has saved my polish cravings and kept my stomach happy. You have to get the Weselna Kielbasa. It is my absolute favorite. You also cannot go wrong with pierogies either. Or the poppy seed bread. Or the polish apple pie. I also love trying all the other polish foods and snacks. The ketchup is my new go to. Don't get me started on the Paczki. That's a delicacy of its own. Stop in, you wont be disappointed. The service is amazing. The owner is so friendly, as are her staff. I cannot recommend this place enough. I am looking forward to them opening the new location in West Jordan and trying their pierogi pizza and kielbasa pizza. Mmm!!”

“Great products and great service. What more can you ask for? My story if you’re interested in the extent this small bakery goes through for service. I live in Idaho. My parents in West Jordan. I like to get them treats on occasion. Getting a good product, you never see and getting it to them at the right time has been the challenge. This latest occasion was for Father's Day 2023. I looked up some local bakeries on google that I hoped could deliver in time and had good reviews. I didn't know what to expect when I got in touch with the Flour Box Bakery. It was after hours when I sent a message on their website, expecting to be contacted the next day. I received a message from Gienie (pronounced Jenny if I'm not mistaken) at 9:42 PM that night. We texted and agreed Friday at 9AM to talk. As agreed, she called me on time. Of course, as timing goes, I wasn’t available to talk. She texted me again to follow up. We texted and talked and all of it was smooth and helpful. Initially I was looking for delivery but upon ordering I had a change of plans. I bounced back and forth between pickup and delivery a few times. Gienie was amazing and patient with her accommodations. Not only did she take care of what I needed, she gave great advice. She texted me when the baking was completed and another when it was delivered. She also threw in a few favorites as “extras” at no charge, which was not necessary but appreciated. I didn't get to personally taste the product being in Idaho. I did confirm with my parents who gave rave reviews on the baked goods and friendliness of servcie. I look forward to trying other products and will be ordering more on my next trip to visit. Thank you Gienie.”

The blackened Salmon with the aioli with a side salad and the sweet potatoes fries is the only thing on the menu worth going there for and I have gone 20 plus times. Get extra aioli because the salmon May or may not be overcooked, that is hit or miss. The chicken dishes are always overcooked and pricey the rice is not Hawaiian and the shrimps are tiny and tasteless.”

We always go to the bar side, and always request Raven. One time we didn't and got someone else, and it wasn't the same. Raven is amazing and she is always attentive to our needs. She just doesn't grab your order and bring stuff. We have fun conversations with her, and just has a great personality. The bowling is great, but I can't say much about throwing balls into wood. Unfortunately my wife is having surgery this week, so it will be a minute till we can come back. But we can't wait to make it part of our weekend routine again.”

“We went up to BFF Turon to meet our son's companion and his parents. We got there a bit early, and the owner came out and talked to us for a good 20 minutes telling us all about Cebu. Once his companion arrived, the owner explained what all of the dishes were and let us sample whatever we wanted. He was so friendly and helpful and went out of his wayt to make sure we ordered the right dishes. The food was fabulous, the elders even tried the blood sausage!We can't wait to go back!”

“Been going to this Papa Murphy's Pizza for years and it's always been a great fit for our family. Love being able to order online anytime in the day and go pick it up.
The parking lot is really hard to get in and out of - at least the directions I need to go - so I park behind and get the step count up.
They have great deals and the pizza has always been delicious!

Dietary restrictions: They do a great job with gluten-free pizzas, which we need. Love the customization options you can do online when ordering. That helps too.

Parking: Usually parking spots - it's just really hard to get in and out of the lot.”

“I originally was placing an order with another bakery in SLC 3 weeks ahead. They canceled because I didn’t respond over the weekend even though I was in constant contact about details of the cake for a full week and a half prior to them canceling on me. I’m grateful they cancelled. I was nervous since my daughter specifically told me she wants a fondant cake. I wasn’t sure if anyone would do it so late. Sprinkle Me Frosted took my order no problem and I didn’t even give her much details about the cake I wanted. I said fondant layer and flowers in buttercream since I know buttercream probably easier to do. I was ordering so late. She went above and beyond and did some flowers buttercream but did the daisies fondant. She decorated the cake so beautifully not to mention the cake was moist and so delicious. The fondant daisies ended being my kids favorite to peel them off and eat like candy! Thank you for the amazing cake. Unfortunately I’m iffy when it comes to beautiful cakes because I’ve had some where the cake crumbles like a dry cookie but this was a delicious and beautiful fun cake!”
