Dallin, the lack of management and customer service skills you displayed this evening was appallingly unacceptable. You rudely advised my wife to "report you" and you can rest assured she will do just that as will the others with me this evening. You would be well advised to warm up your resume as you are not competent in your current position and I will make sure that this gets the attention you so clearly asked for.
Breakfast yesterday: Sausage and Egg McMuffin, Hash Brown, Breakfast Burrito and two Sausage Patties (for my fur friend) and a large Orange Juice. Quick, easy, hot and tasty!
Went in with my son for Breakfast stood at the counter for 5 min with no one even acknowledging we were there. So I figured we must have to use the screen to order. Couldn't find the breakfast burritos on there and then finally it wanted us to enter a number for the table marker and of course there were none. FInally found one by the front registers entered the number and paid of course there was no receipt printed. Waited almost 10 min and then they were up at the counter calling...read full review
