“This past Wednesday, I brought my assistant to Waynesboro to help me with shopping, and that we would see if Stella, Bella & Lucy’s had availability for Lunch, which they did.\n\nInside, a number of empty seats, I asked if they had availability for two for lunch, which they did. The Restaurant is well lit inside, easy to walk to seating, with plenty of room between tables & chairs. Absolutely Lovely Decor inside, brought back many lovely memories growing up.\n\nOur Waitstaff person, Mandy took our beverage order right away, I was hoping for cup of hot Black tea, possibly P & G? I settled on their unsweetened Ice Tea with lemon slices, I had my Stevia with me.\n\nMandy informed us of the specials, we both decided on the Cup of Creamy Tomato Basil Soup and Quiche Lorraine. Incredibly quick service, I did note the Restaurant quickly filling up with Patrons.\n\nThe food… The Soup was lovely, I would have been content with a bowl of the Creamy Tomato Basil and a bit of fruit, the Quiche onions were a bit of an issue for me, I enjoyed it though.\n\nI observed the Desserts being served, they were gorgeous, My Guest ordered the Bread Pudding, I ordered the Chocolate Ganache Cupcake, a teeny taste let me know how incredibly Rich this was, and I packaged it up for my assistant to take home.\n\nI asked for the Manager, and in a moment C.C. arrived at our table, I introduced myself, and let her know how delighted I was to visit Stella, Bella & Lucy’s for lunch, ( I usually visit Waynesboro heading to SNP).\n\nIf You want a great dining experience, with a Lovely Ambiance, I suggest you make a reservation and head to Stella, Bella and Lucy’s.\n\nKesh_grammy“

“We are in town for the week and this was our first place after a long drive. It was amazing! We ended up getting 3 appetizers and 3 entrees. They were all out of this world! Thank you so much for your wonderful hospitality Jessie! Cheers!“

“We used Restoration as our venue for a family wedding. It was fantastic! An outside covered patio with stunning mountain views for cocktails and appetizers. Then an event room with windows on three sides with views for our 50 person dinner, ceremony and reception. The food was excellent and plenty of it. Krista and Haley were a joy to work with on all the little details that made the evening such a wonderful success. It was easy to have vendors come in to set up the cake and flowers too. Krista is very accommodating and genuinely wants to help create special memories of a special day. 🤗“

“We had reservations for Mother's Day. The restaurant staff was excellent and the food was very good. The roast beef was somewhat on the rare end of the scale so not for those of us who like medium to well done. Fruit, vegetables, chicken, pasta, gravy, and desserts were all A+. Would definitely go again.“

“My family and I had dinner there a couple of hours ago. Our waitress Bri was so kind and helpful, we absolutely loved her! The food was pretty good, except the 3 cheese chicken penne noodles were rubbery and kind of hardening like they were microwaved or something. Their new watermelon lime redbull drink was probably the worst thing I’ve ever tasted there, it was very tart and sour.“

“DO NOT miss the Smoked Kitchen. During a recent "leaf peeping" drive from Richmond, we visited Crozet in time for lunch. First, the location is easy to find and easy to park. Second, they welcome dogs. (A real plus.) But MOST IMPORTANTLY the the food is top notch and the service can't be beat. The pulled pork is the best we've EVER eaten. (I don't use CAPS very often.) Speaking as Virginia/North Carolina customers, that's quite a statement. It's dry, lean and melt in your mouth. Plenty of sauces to choose from if you wish. Absolutely terrific. We bought A POUND to take home. No kidding. The smoked chicken salad sandwich was excellent. And the beer - well, what a nice addition to a great meal.“

“Hands down the best catfish I have ever had. The BBQ was great. The mac and cheese was the closest to homemade I have ever had. And Jamie was fantastic! So glad we drove down here to celebrate!“

“Stoney Creek Golf Course is a 27-hole Rees Jones-designed layout located about 15 minutes from the main resort. The layouts incorporate the native habitat and natural springs, and flow naturally with the lay of the land. Each course has generous landing areas, large, undulating greens, and a few forced carries. Unlike Devils Knob, Stoney Creek will have you hitting every club in your bag.
If you want to “ease in” to the golf course, start on Shamokin. Because of its location in the valley, Shamokin is relatively flat, which appeals to more golfers, yet it offers enough challenge to get a seasoned player’s attention. There are very few uphill, downhill, or sidehill lies. The course winds through hardwood forests and alongside meandering streams, with each hole presenting a different view of the Blue Ridge Mountains.
The par-3, 7th hole is Shamokin’s signature hole. Although the scorecard puts the yardage at 180 from the White tees, the hole plays considerably shorter due to the dramatic 150-foot drop from tee to green. The tee shot is exhilarating with the Blue Ridge Mountains as the backdrop.
The Monocan nine is the shortest of the three nine-hole layouts at Stoney Creek. The holes wind through pristine wetlands, hardwood forests, and along meandering streams, often offering breathtaking views of the Blue Ridge Mountains. As you would expect from a course in the valley, most holes are relatively flat, with few elevation changes. But what the course lacks in elevation change, it makes up for in water hazards in the form of creeks and lakes/ponds. When you combine the peaceful Rockfish Valley with the sound of natural flowing water and woodland birds, you can forget about those bad shots.
The par-3, 5th hole is the layout’s signature hole. It’s dubbed the “Paw Print” green and gets its name from the four pot bunkers that surround the green and look like a paw print. It’s challenging, too. Playing 148 yards from the White tees, it’s all carry over Lake Monocan to the small green.
The Tuckahoe Nine is pure mountain golf. Water comes into play on four holes, and the hilly terrain comes into play on nearly every hole. The surrounding landscape alternates between gentle meadows and bold, wooded slopes. Dramatic elevation changes require that you pay attention to your footing and stance, especially on uneven lies. If that doesn’t get you, the undulating greens might. No putt is truly a “gimmee!” Jones’ signature mounding serves as a buffer, preventing balls from running too far afield, while simultaneously creating risk-reward opportunities for those willing to attack the pin.
It's important to get off to a good start at Tuckahoe, which may prove challenging as the 1st hole is a 429-yard, par 4. The hill on the left side tends to guide somewhat errant tee shots back towards the fairway, but if your drive drifts too far right, it’s in the lake. A good drive still left me a long iron into the raised, sloping green that is protected by bunkers on either side.
No matter how good or bad you played, take a step back and take in your surroundings. Breathe that fresh mountain air and get ready to do it all again tomorrow.“

“We rented the full farmhouse and cottage for my daughter’s wedding, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. From the service to the food to the atmosphere, every detail added to the joy of the weekend. I especially loved watching the lambs and sheep play in the barnyard each morning—it was such a charming touch. They graciously accommodated a bridesmaids’ brunch and were flexible with wine hours and breakfast timing, which made everything feel relaxed and personalized. We truly couldn’t be happier with our choice.“
