Fortunately the guy was very understanding and gave me a chocolate pie on the house so I’d say definitely still try it out. Just FYI though, it’s only open 12-5 and that’s just Wednesday through Saturday. The rest of the week it’s entirely closed.“

“I have dined at this restaurant numerous times since April 2024. They have greeted me at the door and have made me feel like I was a real VIP customer. The food has always been delicious , my favorite is the Tuscan Chicken. The bar menu up stairs- Martini's are absolutely fabulous. I look for this to be my hangout meeting spots for business. ​We ordered a solid spread across the table:
​Steak Frites: Cooked just right, tender, and the herbaceous chimichurri sauce added great flavor. The fries were hot, golden, and crispy.
​Chicken Pasta: Rich, creamy sauce balanced nicely by the capers and fresh lemon squeeze, with generous portions of chicken.
​Caesar Salad: Crisp romaine, plenty of parmesan, and crunchy croutons—classic and refreshing.
​Ted's Tart: The nostalgic rainbow sprinkles with whipped cream made for a fun, sweet finish to the meal.
​The real frustration came with the check. Between the added service fee/surcharge and the prompt for standard tipping on top of that, the final bill felt disproportionately high for casual neighborhood dining. Hidden fees stacking up on top of regular menu prices takes away from what would have otherwise been an easy 4- or 5-star meal.

“Found this location last minute because we were hungry. The place is small and quaint. We ordered the meat and veggie plater and added lamb. The food was home cooked good! “Hi! I love the food, but I just had a TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE at Rosslyn. The person at the counter threw my food at me, was incredibly rude, and laughed at me while I was speaking with the manager. A total lack of respect. “The food is good, but I’m gonna have to remove stars because of the customer service. 😕 When I first entered, I wasn’t greeted. The associate just stared at me, as if to say “I don’t have all day. Are you gonna order anything?” She had the most stony expression… It was only my second time here, so I was quite sure I had not had any negative encounters with anyone. I was trying to get suggestions and ask questions about certain things, but every time I asked a question about something, the server just dumped it in the bowl. He never answered the question. When I got to the cashier, I apologized, because I wondered if I had done something wrong. But he just referred to me as “diva,” and tried to assure me that nothing was wrong. I told him I didn’t appreciate being called a diva. I just don’t like being treated like I’m a problem when I haven’t done anything. ✨️ Cơm tấm: Traditional vietnamese plate that comes with lemongrass pork chop, steamed pork & egg meatloaf, fried egg, bì, rice with fish sauce and pickled radish/carrots.
✨️Hot stone phõ: Phõ served in a hot stone with everything on the side to be cooked how you liked.
✨️ Bò né: Sizzling beef & eggs served with rice or banh mi.
For those that don't know, I'm half vietnamese and spent a lot of time at eden centre growing up, so I absolutely LOVED this meal with the home-y & comforting flavours of my childhood.
I plan on visiting more often with this being my 2nd time back at eden already this year!

“Dropped by for dinner, and it was just a short walk from the Ritz. The food was ok, and the service was spotty. The place was pretty busy with hotel guests. The decor was nice and the lounge was posh. Good to see people out enjoying themselves.“

Did not honor the reservations and we were told to stand in-line with erveryone else. She yelled at, we assume was the manager, to stop seating people although there was plenty of open seats. She needs to learn about customer satisfaction and take her issues with the other staff out of the ear shot of the customers.“
