“Dauphines is a good happy hour spot. The outdoor bar was mad busy but the vibe was terrific and you could enjoy music from the restaurant next door which was jamming. Marvin is one of the best bartenders in D.C. - kind, super attentive, made great suggestions. Despite the fact that our party was sitting in the courtyard area he bought our drinks over and took our food order. EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE. We ordered the devil eggs with crabmeat, shrimp cocktail, po boy sliders, raw oysters -- everything was tasty. A little pricey but worth it. Fun spot!“

“What an experience! I came from Alabama on a work trip. My fellow employees and I were trying to find a seafood restaurant and stumbled upon this restaurant on a Wednesday. And boy did we hit the jackpot! The food was amazing first off. Second off, we had been wanting to do karaoke and there was a DJ! We sang at the table while we were eating and had such an amazing time. The atmosphere is phenomenal! We ended up dancing on the floor to a few songs before we left 😂 Thank you Hook & Reel for such an amazing experience. The next time we are in the area we are FOR SURE coming back!“

“I visited Miss Toya"s Creole on Saturday September 30th. I took my oldest son for his birthday ?. My waitress Hope gave excellent customer service. The food was awesome as always. The manager Imai came to our table numerous times to make sure everything was good. Please go to Miss Toyas in Silver Springs Md the food and customer service will not disappoint you.“

“This seafood boil was an absolute culinary triumph! From the moment the steaming pot arrived at our table, the aroma of fresh seafood, spices, and garlic promised an unforgettable experience. The shrimp, crawfish, and mussels were cooked to perfection, tender and bursting with flavor, easily soaking up the rich, savory cajun-inspired sauce. “Decent place for crabcakes at MGM! The crabcake has a good amount of crab meat and comes with French fries—a little pricey, $33.99 for the Jumbo Crab Cake Plate. Big plus is that they are open fairly late, compared to the other food places there.“
