“I came here on my way to Reagan airport. I was pretty early for my flight on the day after Thanksgiving, so I came here to get a burrito bowl. I did chicken and steak, everything onit. Chipotle NEVER disappoints. Their food is tremendous. Did it take a while? Yes, because it was 2pm the day after Thanksgiving. But I was in/out in about 20 minutes. Food was delicious as always.“
“I just want to give a big shoutout to Chipotle and their team for making large orders a breeze. Their box system made it so easy to pick up and distribute food to my team. And it kept all the food in place, and nothing was smashed in the process of transporting the items back to the production set.“
“I used to eat here all the time while walking around town and honestly I Quite enjoy it. This is honestly a pretty decent Chipotle and it’s very conveniently located. I am by no means saying it’s the best food option in the area, far from it, there’s tons of restaurants in the area that are way better and way better for you. But if you’re simply in the mood for Chipotle, this is honestly one of the better ones. And it’s very conveniently located, being a short walk from the metro and from the near by Apartments, houses and hotels.
Parking: Finding parking for this place is honestly a task and a half. But that’s mostly just an Arlington thing.“
“No fancy stuff. The food was fresh and good quality. Guests who are unfamiliar with their menu need assistance to get what they want. The personnel were helpful and the prices good for the DC area.
Parking: Just around the corner from the Ballston Metro Station.“
“I constantly purchase my bowl from this chipotle and I will say this, there is no consistency with their rice preparation. Sometimes the rice is well cooked, sometimes overcooked and sometimes undercooked. However my biggest issue was with their burrito preparation cleanliness. For the first time ever i decided to go ahead and get a burrito instead of my usual bowl and i ended up being sick for a week. My tortilla was placed at the top of the silver foil that did not cover the entire burrito to the extent that when the server was sliding the foil to the next entree, the uncovered part of the tortilla was touching the surface that was dirty with spills of cream, beans etc. I paid as I did not wish to waste the food. However that will be my last purchase of burrito from chipotle.
Lastly, i did ask the server to add more rice and meat cause what was placed was not enough and i was okay to pay extra if they were to charge me more (which i did pay extra for meat) but then she gave an attitude and she started speaking and commenting on my request to the lady at the register by the name of Marcela. Funny thing with my B1 Spanish certificate level I understood their chit chat and because I was already fed up with the fact that the uncovered tortilla portion was in contact with the dirty surface, I just wanted to pay and leave. Plus I was tired and hungry. (Posting this late because one, I was sick and two, I needed to make sure I have the time to be able to write down everything without any rush and pressure)“
“I recently visited Chipotle Mexican Grill, and I had a pretty good experience overall. The restaurant was clean and had a welcoming atmosphere. The staff was friendly and efficient, making the ordering process smooth even during the busy lunch hour.
The food was fresh and flavorful. I particularly enjoyed the burrito bowl I ordered, which was well-portioned and had a nice balance of ingredients. The guacamole was delicious, and the salsas added just the right amount of kick.
One minor drawback was the slightly long wait time for my order, but considering the peak time, it was understandable. Additionally, the seating area could have been a bit more spacious as it felt a bit cramped during the rush.
Overall, Chipotle delivered a satisfying meal with great service. I'll definitely be back for another tasty and convenient meal.“
