Dunkin' Donuts in Arlington

“Their breakfast crosaunt is still good . That and a small coffee, cream & sugar, always please. The surprise was the iced lemon pound cake. I was thinking didn't see it up on the racks with the doughnuts but they're pre-sliced individually wrapped. Moist and flavorful. Comparable to the one at Starbucks, just not as large but would buy it again as it's not as expensive as Starbucks.“

“Stopped in on a very cold weekday morning for coffee. Service was quick. The coffee was good. It was a successful visit and I’d come back when in the area and looking for coffee. I definitely like Dunkin coffee, probably more than other cafés or fast food joints.“

Edit: just want to reiterate how wonderful the staff is. This is the only place that treated a homeless person with dignity out of all the restaurants we tried. Thank you guys for making his day a little nicer.“

“I got a blueberry iced coffee with almond milk and sugar to drink and a turkey sausage English muffin to eat both were good simple to order no issues whatsoever place was clean definitely different from what I'm used to ordering food and then going upstairs to eat it“

“Decent DD/Baskin Robins location in the area. We came on a Saturday afternoon and were surprised there was only one person working both registers - consequently ordering and getting our orders took awhile but it wasn’t the workers’ fault, but rather management.

The young worker was patient, kind and worked hard and the drinks and ice cream came out well. I did notice there was a hole in the ceiling though and bathrooms were not functional.“

“When I decided to go to Dunkin Donuts it was my first time and I thought it was going to be an unforgettable experience being as though it's in an airport. That wasn't the case I don't know if this young man was the manager or not but his knowledge and professionalism was outstanding. There wasn't one question he couldn't answer I am so glad he was there I believe he name was Darius. Thank you Young man for helping me navigate through the menu I say he deserves a raise or bonus.“

When I make a purchase, I understand that while my food and drinks are important to me, the staff are also dedicating their time and energy to provide great service. “I’m kind of surprised by the low reviews for this location. I had an early flight and stopped in for a coffee and sandwich. I got the Sabrina dream drink and a sausage croissant. I’ve had both of these items several times before and these tasted the same. The service was quick and the workers were nice. There were a few tables to sit at if you wanted to eat there. They also had a lot of beverages in a cooler to purchase on top of the regular menu. I will definitely come back the next time I use this airport.“

“Very nice ladies who work there. There was an issue with my DDPerks coupon so it wasn’t going through in the system. They honored it even still. She even let me try the new flavor that I was ordering before I bought it. There was a bit of confusion in the specifics of the order because her English wasn’t the best but we clarified it and left happy.“
