Clean, bright, and good vibes all around. A great spot to chill and enjoy some spicy food.
Laid-back atmosphere with good music and a welcoming feel.
The chicken was perfectly crispy and juicy—easily some of the best Nashville-style hot chicken I’ve had!

I’ve had more hangry joes since I’ve moved out east than any other restaurant, my family and I *love* it.
Biggest caveat, which is one of their strengths, is that the restaurant makes everything fresh…
The spice levels have been variable at the five or six different ones I’ve been to!
I only get mild, it sometimes the mild is too spicy. Then I’ll ask for “no heat” and it will be completely unseasoned….

The service was outstanding! The food was fresh abs hot !! Great place
Hangry Joe's Hot Chicken & Wings is a casual take-out spot with a few tables inside. It offers large portions of crispy fried chicken, including chicken sandwiches with a perfect amount of sauce. The atmosphere is clean, bright, and laid-back, making it a great place to chill and enjoy some spicy food while listening to good music. Customers should be careful with the sauces, as they can be very spicy, even for those who enjoy hot foods. The high chicken to breading ratio is a plus for many, but the service can be slow, so ordering ahead is recommended. Despite being a bit expensive, the generous portions make it worth the price. The chicken is often praised for being perfectly crispy and juicy, making it some of the best Nashville-style hot chicken. However, there have been some inconsistencies in spice levels, particularly with the mild option. While some find the mild to be too spicy, others have noted that asking for “no heat” results in unseasoned chicken. Overall, Hangry Joe's remains a favorite spot for families looking for fresh and flavorful meals.
