Nespresso Boutique Pentagon City

I visited the store earlier today to buy two sleeves of coffee and of course, left with a more than that. The espresso that I sampled as well as the customer service that I receive underscores why I love this location. I have bought several machines for my family and friends and continue to be thankful for the little things in life. Thanks Michael, Steven, and the two wonderful ladies that were working today (I didn’t get your names) for a wonderful experience.

I have a Nespresso Vertuo, which I find very convenient to have quality coffee at home. Adding to that convenience is the ability to stop by a Nespresso Boutique, converse with associates to receive detailed recommendations for coffee based on my desired flavor profile or volume. I always leave here with more than I intended to buy, which speaks to their knowledge. I recommend stopping by.

The customer service is top notch: very friendly and helpful, knowledgeable about the product offerings, proactive about helping you buy what you want but not too pushy. They have a huge array of vertuo and original line pods and are eager to help you find new varieties that you'll like. Their saleswoman gave me the list of all of their pods on my first visit and suggested that I track which I'd tried and whether/how much I liked them.
