“We ordered around 15 lunches in advance for a training that we were running. The food was ready on time and several of my teammates said the sandwiches were very good and tasted fresh.

Vegetarian options: We were very happy that they have vegetarian options.“

“NOT family friendly! We were rudely asked to bring the kids table inside when our grandkids were sitting at it. Joe was condescending and emphasized he didn't want us there all day! When I went back in to clarify what he was trying to convey he said he wanted the kids table inside. There were NO other children needing the table and they do not have any high chairs. This coffee shop is obviously NOT about the family. Joe was rude and was very annoyed with our family. It was obvious to us that kids and family were not welcome!! Very upsetting!! We will NOT be going back and will warn other families about this place.“

“Brew Birds is an amazing local cafe with fresh and delicious food, great coffee and a rotating selection of beers/ ciders. The staff are very friendly. I don't eat out during the week (only home cooked), so a Brew Birds breakfast burrito is usually the go to treat. I can personally recommend the Roast Beast, the Turkey BLT, the breakfast burrito, and the basic B. This place is my favorite part of the neighborhood!“

“We have a lunch date every other Tuesday when our house cleaners come. We hadn't been here, and saw it had good ratings. It's a modest establishment, dated but clean. I had a Reuben, and my wife had chicken salad on a sub roll with lettuce and onion. Most patrons seemed happy and familiar, likely coming from the surrounding offices. The owners welcomed and checked on us, a nice touch. My sandwich was larger than expected, and hers was too. She would've liked a little salt and tarragon, but didn't ask for either. No complaints.“

Not to mention the staff is kind and are super efficient. Every time I walk in for pickup my order is already done and I walk out within two minutes. I seriously recommend this place to anyone. “I was just at Panera having breakfast. Ordered a chocolate chip bagel with plain cream cheese. I go to pick up my order and they tell me they are out of plain cream cheese and would i like onion and chive, strawberry or honey walnut. You know how it is when you have your mind set on something nothing else will do?! The manager saw my distress, went into the kitchen and brought me a full size cream cheese. She said they should have told you that up front, so please use what you want and take the rest home to enjoy. This is MY Panera from now on! It may not be the closest but they have my business forever!“
