“Just ordered food from this location. Very impressed with the back kitchen staff. I could hear the manager loudly giving directions. Not meanly but assertive and confident in what she was doing and her staff was communicating. Everyone had smiles on their faces and everyone was hustling. It’s rare to see that from a McDonald’s these days. Great job and great communication with their team and with me the customer. They checked on me frequently and let me know they were working on it. Excellent job.“

“Pretty good for a fast food place normally, but past two times missing MAIN items.
Got my friend a McDouble meal tonight, no McDouble.
Last time we were short a similar burger for my daughter, who I let have mine and I just didn't eat, except the fries.

Let it slip once, not twice in succession.

“We stopped here on our way back from a field trip to Mt. Vernon yesterday. We had 44 people in all and I've never had service so quickly! Everyone was extremely nice and helpful. They accommodated us and made the experience effortless. All orders were correct and so good! Considering the amount of people, we were worried, but the staff brought their "A game". Thank you to those who were working! As the person in charge of all those little people, it made my job easier. I could focus on their safety while they ate. All the parents were impressed and agreed it was one of the best McDonald's we ever ate at. Again, thank you!“

“Taco Bell is part of our family tradition—we eat it every Sunday without fail. So we’re definitely not new to the brand. While driving through Virginia, we stopped by this particular location, and we were blown away by the quality of food and service.

The order was made correctly, everything was warm, and for the first time ever, the nacho cheese served with the fries was actually hot and fresh. It made a huge difference—it was absolutely amazing!

This location sets a new standard. Corporate should do more audits and ensure all Taco Bell locations operate like this one. Whatever they’re doing here, it's working—and it needs to be replicated nationwide.“

“My favorite taco bell. Always perfect. They never forget condiments or sauces. Never serve me stale tortillas. I even placed a doordash from them and forgot to add sauces. I called and they fixed it without a problem. Refreshing to have good and professional customer service in fast food.“

Loud music playing over the speakers. I could not hear my friend when I was trying to talk on the phone with her. I had to go outside to use my phone. “I’ve wrote a very critical review of this Hardee’s about a year ago. At that time I thought it was consistently the worst Hardee’s I’d ever been to (and I love Hardee’s). Since that time this location has really stepped their game up! The service is much better, the dining room is cleaner, and the food is more consistent. Great job Ashland Hardee’s!“

“As my first five guys experience I was very shocked at how good the food was. The burger was juicy and had nice toppings. The shakes were very good, but the fries were pretty limp and not crunchy and over salted. Would recommend overall though if you’re in the area“

“Place a order online for take out or so we thought we did. Arrived when it was suppose to be ready. Unfortunately the submit button never got hit. Had to wait in the lobby on a Friday night. That place was rolling. It was moving like a well oil machine. Got my order when it said I would. The lady at the front checked my order several times to make sure everything was right. Which it was. Food was great.“
