“I ordered a large berry açaí refresher with 3 shots of blueberry. When I arrived at the Dunkin’ store, I received the best customer service from Mandi. I’ve been going to this location for years. She gave me feedback on my drink selection (do half green tea/water) and informed me of the frozen drink selection (cotton candy and creamsicle)…I always get the same thing. Talk to Mandi about refreshers is mandatory!“

I had an absolutely AMAZING experience this morning at the Dunkin Donuts on Hall St! Amanda the youg lady who was working the drive-thru window, provided some of the best customer service I have experienced in a very long time. She was incredibly polite, cheerful, friendly, patient, and professional from start to finish.

Amanda is exactly the kind of person you hope to see first thing in the morning. Her positive attitude and genuine kindness truly made my day better. In today’s world, outstanding customer service like this deserves to be recognized. Your store should be honored to have an employee like Amanda representing your business.

The Krispy Kreme staff was outstanding on the speed of filling our order of HOT donut order. I love this place. (We had some hot donuts for us too.)“

“Store was clean. Food was as expected as any other Dunkin in this area. However, this review is not about the store or the food. It’s about an employee that was seemingly runnin the drive through cooking making drinks and checking the front counter by herself. She may not have been alone but she was rocking it as if she was. “these are some of the most friendly staff I have seen at a Dunkin or any fast food restaurant for that matter. As a returning customer so many of the employees know what im getting already which makes it such an inviting place to be at, while there can be times where the wait can be long the only reason for that is because of how understaffed they are, but honestly thats the only complaint that i have and thats out of their control, a very clean store, modern and sleek, and amazing customer service you can tell they make sure to train people on that :)“
