Our server was exceptional, making the evening even more special as we celebrated my friend's birthday. To our surprise, they treated my friend to a complimentary glass of Prosecco adorned with a birthday candle. We couldn't resist sharing our entrees, which included smoked brisket meatballs, pan-roasted shrimp, and fried catfish, all of which were incredibly tasty. The portions were generous enough for sharing, and the fried catfish was simply the best we've ever tasted, prompting us to order some to take home. I wholeheartedly recommend this place for a cozy evening with friends or family!“

“We tried Burtons tonight for my wife's birthday, and couldn't have been happier with out choice! The restaurant had a lively atmosphere - but felt really cozy and inviting. The food was absolutely amazing. From the calamari to steak and the lobster role, everything we had was delicious. A huge shout-out to our waiter, Robert, and Tristan, who made our dining experience fantastic!“

Please go back to original set up. let us sit where we want. order a beer when we want. If we want full service we will go to the restaurant side. This may work at the other locations, but Richmond isn't Charlottesville. This was our goto brewery, today's has us thinking differently now“

“We ate at La Grotta for the first time last night. It will be the first of many! The service, food, and ambiance were spectacular. We were a party of 3 and each of us cleaned our plates. Our friend with Celiac could choose from almost the entire menu which is unheard of, especially at an Italian restaurant. “After this place has been on “RVA Restaurants to Try” list for about 3 years, this was our first time eating at Fat Dragon, but it certainly not be our last! The wonton soup was the best my mother has ever tasted…keep in mind, she’s traveled all over the world. The ginger dressing was so delicious, I asked the server if they sold it in bottles. The garlic chicken and basil beef were both so tender and flavorful, I would highly recommend them both. And last but not least, our server was great! Do not wait to try this place like I did!!!! “SO happy Great Harvest is open again. The new ownership is fantastic and so welcoming. We just stopped in for a quick lunch and didn’t realize they were closing in 10 minutes, so we said we could take our food to go; they said, “absolutely not,” and gave us a free muffin and cookie! The decor and new layout is exactly what the shop needed. It was always a cute and cozy place, but the vibe it has now fits way better, and the “something” that was lacking before is finally here. And of course, the food was superb. The menu is the same (SO happy about that!) but it feels elevated, and more thoughtful now. Absolutely thrilled to have Great Harvest back and better than ever, and we can’t wait to go back!“

I tried the Brown Sugar Cardamom Latte since it was highly recommended, but honestly, it tasted more like a regular latte without the unique flavors I was hoping for. Still, the overall experience made up for it — friendly energy, good coffee shop hustle, and a welcoming place to relax or work for a bit. Definitely worth visiting if you’re in downtown Richmond and looking for that authentic coffeehouse experience.“

I order take out or delivery from here probably once a week (for the past year or so) and every time I go in to get my order if DJ is working, he has a huge smile and welcomes me in by name. He is so sweet and always makes sure my order is correct. I’ve also never had issues with my order when he has handled it. Today, I ordered delivery and he even wrote on the cookie bag Hey Mrs. Lexie, Enjoy & Merry Christmas. These little things are the level of customer service that go above and beyond and keep us coming back. He is vital to this company and deserves some sort of promotion. We obviously will continue coming back but definitely wanted to give recognition to one of the best employees! Thank you DJ for being amazing!“
