“WOW is right!! I am a first-time customer and ultimately ordered a dozen construction-themed cookies for my son's 3rd birthday party. Melissa messaged me back straight away and offered two different cookie options -- screen-printed vs hand-cut with pricing. I sent her a link to the party decorations I bought, and she was able to create AMAZING screen-printed cookies using images from a digital invitation. Melissa answered all of my questions thoroughly, particularly about how long the cookies would stay fresh, and provided tons of advice about how to display the cookies and how to best freeze them if we wanted to keep a couple for after the party. I am not exaggerating when I say these are the thickest, most delicious sugar cookies I have ever tasted. My husband and I sampled one after pick-up, and they are truly out-of-this-world good! Melissa has absolutely gained a customer for life, and I cannot wait to work with her again.“

With two kids having food allergies I know we can order anything from this bakery and know my kids are safe to eat their products. We have used this bakery several times to place custom birthday party treats (cookie cakes, cupcakes, cake pops and cookies). Everything always tastes so yummy and there are always many compliments from the party guests on the design and the taste. They are quick to respond to orders placed and always so friendly to work with. It’s truly a blessing to have a place I can take my kids to and not worry about the food ingredients. “We loved loved LOVED the macarons from Melody's Macarons!! We were looking for the perfect pastries to give as a thank you/christmas gift at our favorite hot pot place and we came across Melody's Macarons on Google. We called them up and within 15 minutes we were at the owner's front door placing our order. 5 minutes later, she came out with a bunch of beautifully decorated and wrapped macarons! My daughter could not stop gushing about how we need to bring macarons to every function from now on!

“My wife insisted we order our wedding cake from here after she got her first wedding cake from here a decade earlier. Everyone at the wedding raved about the cake. Despite being a big cake lover, my wife and I were too busy to have more than a bite of the cake at the wedding. I mentioned it to the owner afterwards while mentioning how the guests loved the cake and she offered to make us cupcakes in the same flavor afterwards. It was so kind and genuinely human.“

“My work ordered the individual cheesecakes and they were incredible. In fact, as soon as I finished eating mine I hopped on here to leave a review. I had the banana cream cheesecake and it was the best cheesecake I've ever had. The flavor and texture were so rich without being too heavy. We were also able to get gluten free cakes which helped immensely in accommodating the dietary needs of everyone in our office.

Delivery was on time and they were super polite and considerate. The cakes came packaged very nicely and with neat labelling. But even if they had dropped it off late in a plastic bag while cussing me out, I'd still tell you to buy from them because the cakes were that good. You won't regret your order!!“

“I haven't eaten hot bread for years and it's every day, that's the mistake that bakeries are making that produce too much and don't sell it, but here it's fresh.
It is very delicious and thanks to the bakers for the daily effort to have the bread warm and fresh every day.“

“Worst location. I have never been in Panera Bread this dirty before. I visit this chain few times a week all over norther VA, this place was bad…every table was dirty and greasy, filthy bathroom..it was horrible. I felt like getting up and leaving right away. I told one of the employees that tables need to be wiped and he acknowledged the issue. Ten minutes later I saw one of employees running around spraying tables barely wiping them dry. I had to get up and finish the job myself. Panera Bread, this is not up to your standards! Very disappointing. Will avoid this location at all cost.
