“What a hidden gem in Fairfax! We absolutely loved Kelly’s Oyster House & Bar. The building itself has so much character and gives you that cozy, old-school neighborhood feel that is getting harder and harder to find.
The food was fantastic, and the oysters were fresh and beautifully served. The menu has a great selection of seafood and specials, but whatever you order, do not leave without dessert! Their dessert selection is wonderful, and the Hula Pie was AMAZING , easily one of the highlights of our meal.
Great food, great atmosphere, and a place with real personality. Kelly’s feels like one of those local spots you’re excited to discover and immediately want to tell other people about. We will definitely be back!“

Just visited this new Ethiopian restaurant and was blown away! They serve fresh meat just like back home—raw, tender, and perfectly seasoned. It’s hard to find this kind of quality and authenticity around here. The service was excellent, and the team made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. No complicated menu—just amazing food done right. If you know good Ethiopian cuisine, this spot is going to be one of the best in the area. Highly recommend!“

“I want to recognize Ally for providing outstanding service. She was friendly, welcoming, and attentive from the moment she greeted me. She made sure my drink was always full, checked in regularly without being overbearing, and made sure my order was exactly right.
What really stood out was her positive attitude and genuine kindness. Even while staying busy, she never seemed rushed and made me feel like a valued customer. It's rare to receive service that's both professional and personable, and she absolutely delivered.

“At the I was there I was a customer there that was 20 years ago from 1999-2002. It was a great atmosphere everyone that worked there at the time were very friendly and I got along with everyone. I met alot of people and made friends there. I live in North Carolina permanently with family I left Washington D.C area in 2017 and I regret not visiting back at Hard times before I left. Hopefully when or if I come to D.C (Springfield virginia). I will definitely stop there again for a visitor. Does anyone remember me? Jeremy Page“

“Highly Recommended! I recently visited Glam Karaoke Bar for an open mic night and had an amazing experience! As a blind individual, I deeply appreciate places that offer a welcoming and inclusive environment—and Glam truly stands out. The atmosphere was vibrant, friendly, and comfortable for everyone. A special shoutout to **AJ**, the manager, who was exceptionally helpful, cooperative, and accommodating throughout my visit. His support made the experience even more memorable. “Don't write many reviews but had to offset the one current negative review. This is not a full blown sports bar but serves one of the best burgers in the area and the wings are very good. Also have an excellent rotating selection of ~20 beers on tap. There is one big screen and several hanging TVs. Yes its the dining area at Whole Foods with a limited menu but the food/beer are worth a visit IMO.“

“Great menu choices!! I'm from the southeast and have eaten a lot of shrimp and grits dishes, the chef at Blue Iguana was right at the top! My wife loved her cheese steak hoagie and my son had crab legs, fine well! Highly recommend if you are in the Fairfax, VA area.“

“It’s a great place for older teen birthday parties and adult work bonding experiences. There’s enough games to make the children feel like children and games for adults to have fun like teenagers. There is also a bar area for adults. Expect it to be loud. So, decide if that’s your scene.“
