Guests have praised the exceptional service from staff like Sara, who is an absolute gem. The chef must be very skillful because the food was the best we’ve had on the shore. Hook @ Harvey is considered a must-visit when in Cape Charles and is touted as the best American restaurant in the Hampton Roads/Eastern Shore area. Reservations are a must, as they can be tough to secure.
