“I stopped by on my way home from work yesterday 2/10 and the young lady in the drive thru was extremely polite Tawanda. I ordered tenders, my order was hot, fresh and correct. The young man who brought me out my order was also kind and thoughtful most of all professional. When he handed me my food, he said “thanks for coming to the best place to eat.” He actually brought to smile to face and I was having a down day. I did not get his name. He was short, well groomed, full beard and impressionable. Thank you for making my day and night and for the great food young man!“

“I just wanted to say that my boyfriend and I just went and placed a pretty big order at the College Dr location on 5/31 around 1:30. The gentleman, Cody took our order gave us amazing service. He read back the order ensuring everything was correct as it was a bigger order, he had a great personality and we feel he should have some more recognition towards his work. “So the manager and the assistant manager are very nice to deal with, they always make sure that you have what you need, and our very friendly, but the other employees that work there or kind of racial in my opinion, when you go in there if you're white, they totally ignore you when you try to talk to them, and they seem like they don't like white people. I bought it to the assistant manager's attention, and she said she cannot help what they do when she's not there, but she would mention it to them. I was in there this past Sunday getting breakfast, and I still had standoffish attitudes. Maybe the people that own it can do something about it, it's not good for business.“

“The chicken gizzards here are a winner! For 7.99 with extra sauce.... perfection. We travel 1.5 hours to Hampton to enjoy the day throughout there and always stop by Chic-A-Sea to grab a quick lunch, and it never gets old or changes! The gizzards are sooo good!

Parking: The space is limited, so you kind of have to squeeze your way in, but it's so worth it!“

Even though they had a completely full drive-through and did not have half the things on the menu that I wanted to order they were so very sweet and kind and able to customize an order for me. “All of the staff here is amazing.....
You literally can see them cooking your food in front of you... Every time I walk in I see boxes of fresh cut vegetables on the counter.

I'm a single guy and this Fresh food at a great price...

I use the app and actually eat here cheaper than I eat at subway....

“piss poor serviceneeds improvement“

“This morning, around 10am, I went to the Burger King in Smithfield, VA. The young lady, I believe her name may have been Carmen (I only briefly saw her name tag), provided exceptional service. She not only acknowledged I was there, she spoke to me politely and cheerfully. This is a rare but sorely missed quality in most of our fast food workers today. This employee deserves to be recognized!!“

“This is the best Subway shop in Newport News I have been coming to this one for several years the restaurant is always immaculately clean,friendly courteous staff,and great prices!!! M.helped me today and he was very helpful and made a very delicious sandwich!!! “My son and I ordered at the same time. I received my pizza and my son had to go ask about his order after 20 minutes. His pizza had come out, but they couldn't figure out who it went too. Too much disorganization. They made him a new pizza and apologized.“

“Today the staff at this Bojangles should be recognized for their hard work and dedication. They not only had a line in the inside, they also had a line in the drive thru. As they dealt with angry customers from all angles. The male manager on duty kept his calm, made eye contact with each customer that needed help, and proceeded to get each customer’s orders out. The teenager that took orders and bagged them moved as quickly as his teenage mind and hands could move. Each day we as consumers want “fast food”, fresh, and without mistake. Not realizing that we’re dealing with people, not machines. The store is under staffed, yet they still give us options on choosing to come inside or be outside in the drive thru. Be kind to these young and older men and women. They’re working to provide for their families or themselves and deserve some grace. If you don’t have patience when you see everyone is working hard. Take your behind home and cook for yourself. Huffing, puffing, and poking your chest out won’t get you fed any faster if they’re short on staff. I’m not saying its wrong to get frustrated sometimes. I do as well, but when it’s clear that everyone is doing all that they can, be patient or go home.“

“Crystal was very helpful on the phone when ordering my large onion rings just now. She offered to add another Zesty sauce on my bag through Uber Eats when it's very difficult to get anyone to put an extra one. The small things matter! Great customer service experience over the phone very cheerful and polite. 👍👍“

“Food and service is consistently good here, for breakfast or dinner. App is useful for earning deals and free food. Pricing is reasonable compared to most fast food these days as well. It can get a little busy in the mornings but the drive thru always moves quickly.“

“Last night I somehow set my order to carryout. Not sure how I did it bc I don’t drive. But I did. I never noticed till I called the store an hour later to check on my order. Once the girl who answered the phone let me know, her first response was, we are happy to remake this and send it out to you! What a relief that was. You just don’t get service like that anymore. I added a small tip for the driver and handed him cash when he got here. But I can’t thank the store enough for fixing my mistake and making this so easy!“

“This location is much better than the one on high street . Even tho they have their flaws also. They are definitely friendlier and the food is fresher. A female manager ONE TIME was extremely rude but I haven’t had that experience again.“
